Fantastic experience: Had an amazing first visit with Hans. He spent so much time with me, was extremely compassionate, listened, didn’t rush me. As someone with a genetic disorder called EDS that has suffered with chronic pain for most of my life, I’ve been put through the ringer when it comes to finding providers who know what they’re talking about and are willing to listen and learn and not just write me off as crazy and dismiss me. It’s extremely hard to find someone who truly understands the body, biomechanics, the fascia, and how it all connects. It takes passion and experience to acquire this knowledge and Hans has it. I can’t speak on my improvement because I’ve only had one visit but I am confident that I’m in good hands and will not be given up on. Thank you for that!

Fantastic experience: THEY TREATED ME FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND WERE THE MOST CARING AND WONDERFUL PEOPLE I'VE EVER SEEN. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend for GREAT PHYSICAL THERAPY. I felt like I made new friends with all of the staff and was sad to leave when they helped me recover. Everybody ..right down to the front desk secretary was very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Hans and his wife are good people and I was glad to get to know them. Their friendliness was healing for me as well.

Fantastic experience: This group is very unique and personable. I say unique because they will spend a lot of time with you explaining eveything in detail and not just helping you but really teaching you how to help yourself and prevent future injury. They are extremely hands on. This group truly loves and cares for each patient as an individual and provides each person with exceptional care. I have seen so much improvement in my pain and range of motion in my hip and dramatic improvement in my posture and TMJ since starting here. My mother recommended this particular group because of how much they helped her in the past. I was so impressed that I will be commuting once a week from the Nashville area because I know that finding someone this competent, polite, and results driven is not easy to find. I had seen two PTs prior to finding this practice and no one else delivered the care and the results similiar to Therapy Consultants. Please give these professionals an opportunity to help you!

Negative experience: I witnessed an employee and some other employee at this location follow a female delivery driver, who seemed to be about 18 years old, out into the parking lot and he chewed her out for his delivery being late. It was about 12:30 so I assume it was during rush hour. It was very unprofessional and I felt bad for the poor driver who got in her car crying. It was very inappropriate and uncalled for. Imagine if that was your daughter getting yelled at by an older man for food being late. Absolutely ridiculous. Very rude staff. No way to treat people

Positive experience: Was referred to them due to being in a car accident, loved their receptionist & owners Hans & Nancy were OK but they need more experienced people working under them the workers were like interns, not hands on & very talkative to one another did most of my workouts alone & when it came time for adjustments they half did the job... would NOT recommend unless they get a new staff

Fantastic experience: The BEST physical therapist I've ever been too. My specialist said I would never get back full movement and strength, but he was wrong. I went to few different places before I landed here and I am so grateful I found this place!
