Siskin Outpatient Therapy, East Brainerd

Fantastic experience: Steve helped me get back to what I love doing! My range of motion came back and the pain was way less! I can’t thank him enough! The work he had me doing kept me from having surgery! Truly grateful!

Fantastic experience: Physical therapist, John Kelly, is exceptional. His skill sets have significantly improved, or eliminated , pain and greatly improved function in a wide-range of complicated musculoskeletal issues. Vanessa, the office manager, is fantastic and works hard to ensure that referrals, insurance, and scheduling go smoothly.

Fantastic experience: SISKIN E Brainerd physical therapy has been my 1st choice for years. They have been expert in helping me heal from a range of surgeries & issues. They actually listen & are responsive to patients' concerns. Not least, they always maintain a positive & encouraging attitude, which helps me to keep working at it. I am in less pain & more positive about future progress than ever. I highly recommend them to anyone needing PT.

Fantastic experience: I'm surprised this Siskin outpatient therapy center only has two ratings despite being open for nearly 10 years. The Siskin videos and pictures make this location appear that it is bereft of equipment or space. That is not the case at all. I was very impressed with the facility, the quality of all the therapists, and the friendliness of the administrative assistant and other employees. All the PTs and OTs have impressive academic credentials and have been in the profession for an extended time. Your sessions are one-on-one with a PT, and not someone who is rotating between multiple people. If you are transferring out of inpatient Siskin Hospital, I would recommend the main campus downtown due to more specialized machines and a lot more parking spots for the disabled. If you just have a Siskin doctor who prescribes OT or PT, it's best to stick with a Siskin facility rather than roll the dice with other PT Centers. Siskin Outpatient at East Brainerd will meet your needs and you won't have to deal with downtown traffic and cramped parking lot. Do note, if you are prescribed Aquatic Therapy, only the downtown Siskin can accommodate your needs. Also if you complete OT/PT and are cleared to workout in a fitness center - this location does not have one. Only the downtown Siskin has an adjacent fitness center. I give this location my highest recommendation. 5 stars. Surprised there aren't more reviews.

Fantastic experience: I am currently in treatment with Melissa Kubic at this location. I only have 2 more appts with her before my initial scheduling ends. I cannot adequately express how much gratitude I have for her. She is helping me with pelvic floor and lower back issues and she has done a phenomenal job! Not only has she helped me in her office, but she has taught me what to do if I end up in pain at home or work, which rarely happens because of her amazing work with me. She is very kind, compassionate, and understanding. I have been very comfortable with her since the moment I met her. I have also been able to observe some of the other PT's there and I can honestly say that they are just as passionate about their work and patients as Melissa is. They truly care about their patients at this office and if I am ever sent to physical therapy again for ANY reason, I will definitely be requesting to be sent here again.
