DeRosa Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: On July 2, 2021, I was evaluated by Marlene at the DeRosa Physical Therapy, W. University Ave. location in Flagstaff. Marlene determined I have Piriformis Syndrome & left hip Bursitis. I cannot say enough positive things about Marlene, how knowledgeable she is and how much she has helped relieve my pain through the exercise plan she developed for me, along with ultrasound & some heat treatments. I could, literally, not sit in the same position for more than a few minutes without having to reposition myself due to the chronic pain I was having. I am not yet pain-free, but through Marlene's knowledge & great care in treating my problems, I am on my way! Marlene is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate & humble. I highly recommend seeing her for your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: I consider myself a very active and athletic 57 year-old. After surgery on my shoulder, I engaged with Amanda at De la Rosa. She is smart, physically fit and trustworthy. Everything I’d hoped for in a physical therapist to get me back to great health. She’s as committed to my full recovery as I am! I’m fortunate to have discovered her.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but positive things to say! I felt very heard, here, and that's important to me as a patient, first and foremost. I really felt comfortable with the staff and therapists. They were able to work with my schedule. The provided routine for at home, as well, was so manageable and really helped in the healing process. Having sites around town, so that I was able to choose one closer to home was another positive.

Fantastic experience: Received excellent care for my right knee problem from Brian Schmitz at De Rosa Physical Therapy. Brian diagnosed my problem, gave me the right exercises and helped me through the rehab process. I would strongly recommend Brian for any physical therapy needs. His knowledge is incredibly accurate.

Brian Schmitz has been my PT after a lumbar fusion and not only is he kind, but he truly cares about your whole well-being, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, gentle, and is great at explaining what his therapy plan is and always makes sure your comfortable with the exercises. I would highly recommend Brian and I’ve actually already recommended him to 2 other people!
