Haven Health Flagstaff

Fantastic experience: I visited this place before my father passed away. I'd been to other assisted living/nursing facilities and what really stuck out to me was the cleanliness and the friendly staff. No one looked agitated or put out to be there. Whenever the staff passed a resident they greeted them and some stopped to have a chat with them. The food from the kitchen smelled good. I used the restroom which was clean and well stocked. Mostly, I didn't feel like they were putting on a show for me. It looked just like a cozy, large family. In the end, my father never stayed there, but should I need to get my family member some assistance, I will definitely choose this place.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Haven Health was great when our grandma was there for awhile especially with the extra help we received from Shelene Smith with her knowing to speak Navajo. She was able to communicate with our grandma which was great. Thank you for everything and also to the staff too.

Fantastic experience: I like to share my experience with Haven. My father was there for a while and staff was great he did improve in his health. He was an older Navajo man with broken English. But there was a younger Navajo lady that spoke Navajo to help with him when she could bless her heart her name was Shelene smith and she helped with other Navajo people that are there too. I think there a good staff there. It’s got to be a tough work. But bless all of them keep up the good work everyone.

Fantastic experience: while recuperating from the staff and they we professional and helped him regain his strength so he could come home, respectful and prompt to all of his needs. Great place to be and know your loved one is cared for. So Glad that we chose to have him so close to home.

Fantastic experience: My grandfather is in this facility. Every time I have visited the staff (although very busy) made sure to make me feel welcome. Overall the building is very clean, and very well maintained, with beautiful areas for recreation. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking to place a family member here.
