Our 120 bed skilled nursing facility is located among the green rolling hills of scenic Black Jack, Missouri, on a tree-filled campus across from the Florissant Golf Club. Our beautiful park-like location, near Lindbergh Boulevard, places us conveniently near the crowd—but not in the crowd.

Fantastic experience: My mom was at the Pillars for about a year. She came after having a bad experience at another facility out of state. All I can say is the way the staff at the Pillars helped her navigate through that experience is something I will never forget. She received so much love, patience and kindness from the staff. The staff just feel in love with her and she feel in love with them. That's the atmosphere you will find at the Pillars, a place to call hime. Thank you Pillars of North County.

Fantastic experience: The Pillars of North County is more than a Skilled Nursing Facility, it is a community and a home! It is a very clean, friendly environment and I'm proud to be a part of the Pillars community!

Fantastic experience: This is a very nice facility with an amazing staff. The floors are so nice and clean I actually thought that there was water on them. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where the staff still has love and compassion for it's residents.
