Fantastic experience: It has been a great experience for us to rehab a total knee replacement. At 73 years old it takes you some motivation to keep up with all that’s necessary for a good out come. And it’s all right here. Good luck.

Patricia has special personal qualities that made me always feel welcomed and comfortable. She’s also very professional and passionate in what she does - her focus is on best interest of her patients, getting better.

Fantastic experience: I experienced lower back pain for 5 yrs now. The pain kept gradually getting worse as the yrs went by. I couldn't take the pain anymore. My lower back pains consist of chronic aching, bruised feeling, can't make any moves to bend to left or right, muscles hurt just to sit, stand or do any activities. I was begging just to get a MRI I hurt so bad. I had to do physical therapy before my health insurance would consider paying for an MRI. That's when I made the decision to get serious to feeling better. I was thinking physical therapy isn't going to help me & that I know something is definitely wrong with the way my lower back was feeling. I started physical therapy & PATRICIA VOGELSINGER is my PT & I'm BLESSED to have her met her. When I started PT I was given ONLY 6 sessions of PT from my primary doctor. I went to PT for my 1st visit w/Patricia & we communicated about my pain issues. She evaluated my movements by having me bend, stretch etc so we can get a starting range on my every movements. That's so she can she better range/movements as you progress. I did start my PT at the same visit & we did do several exercises. We started out easy! I started PT 6 weeks ago & by my 2nd visit w/Patricia I was feeling a RELIEF! Patricia gave me several exercises at the 1st visit, I did all exercises at PT, home, in between visits & I was AMAZED at what a difference it made with my pain level in my lower back. I have completed my 6 sessions & I feel like I already have a new back. It's NOT 100% better but it feels as if it's 60% better. However I would like to keep getting more PT to keep heading in the right direction to keep me from going backwards. I want to get the other 40% ???? Patricia had to order more sessions from my doctor to get it approved & my doctor did order 8 more sessions. I did have to wait almost a week to get it approved due to the process. NO PROBLEM because I was still doing ALL of my exercises at home while that was getting approved. Back to PT this coming Monday to see PATRICIA VOGELSINGER for another 8 sessions & I'm so looking forward to it! I HIGHLY recommend Patricia! When I started PT I ONLY wanted to be with 1 therapist vs going to multiple therapist. That way I can have a one on one relationship, see if the PT is actually good, helping me & getting the cognuity care by one therapist. If I didn't see results I would know that person wasn't for me. I didn't want to bounce around to different PT personally due to I wanted a specific therapist to make sure I was getting the care I wanted. U do have the option to get an appointment with other therapist at each visit. It's your choice. I'm glad that I stuck with PATRICIA VOGELSINGER & I'm looking forward to getting my 100% back.

Fantastic experience: I would give this organization SEVEN stars if that was an option! Scheduled for surgery for torn cartilage of my knee, I was feeling a little better prior to surgery and opted to delay the procedure and have a PT evaluation first. Several years ago I had worked intensively with a physical therapist for months after rotator cuff surgery. I really really wanted the same therapist, Jolene, and called the phone number I still had in my contact list. Although ownership of the Physical Therapy had changed and was now part of SSM Health, I immediately made an appointment. The receptionist on the phone was thorough, courteous, helpful, and able to update all of my current personal and insurance information prior to my first visit. When I arrived for my first appointment, I immediately recognized some of the same people who worked with the original owners. That was such a comfort and “safe” feeling for me. Jolene came out to greet me; remembered me; and my thorough evaluation and plan of care began. The care and treatment are focused to personalize the needs of the individual patient. We scheduled future appointments and ice was offered to my knee at the end of the session. I left with diagrams and instructions for my home exercises and a printed schedule of my future appointments. The facility is clean and bright; and SSM Health has maintained the quality of care that I wanted and needed. Thank you Jolene and everyone at this facility for making me feel “at home” as I continue my therapy!
