Fantastic experience: I had a knee replacement in July 2023. Serena and Alex did an amazing job working with me and teaching me techniques to help to gain my mobility. They would check in occasionally just to make sure all was well in between visits. I’m now enjoying the things that I couldn’t do before therapy. A huge thank you to such a great team! Linda Richards
Fantastic experience: The team at this Athletico are amazing. After calling several other places I wanted to go to this Athletico not just because it was close to my house and kids’ school but more importantly because Crystal said she would be able to get my insurance to pay for treatment. Every other place told me that PT would not be covered by insurance and I would have to pay the regular rate out of pocket. She is fantastic. The therapists and all the helpers are knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They get to know you and work with you throughout your treatment. All the equipment is cleaned after each use as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
Fantastic experience: If you need physical therapy then this is where you need to go. Sareena, Hailey and Alex were just great to work with during my recovery. Crystal, the receptionist, was always there to keep things running smoothly. Seriously, go here for your physical therapy needs.
Fantastic experience: I almost hated when my therapy sessions were over. House Springs Athletico was a very relaxing and comfortable facility with extremely professional therapists, but yet, they were as kind as could be. The therapists were so attentive to each client, asking about needing ice or heat, both before and after doing the exercises. The heat was so soothing!! Every couple of weeks, there were feedback forms to be honestly answered by the client. The staff really cares about the progress that we make. If I ever need PT again, there is no doubt that I would return to Athletico in House Springs!! Such a good experience!! Marilyn Hannick
Fantastic experience: The organization and staff are wonderful. I have nothing but great respect for the staff and I must say Crystal is a great front office staff member. Who helps me setup my visits and goes the extra mile to change my schedule. The PT staff are great and they put up with my bad dad jokes
