Brigit Lim

Brigit Lim, MPT is an orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation specialist at Folsom Physical Therapy and Training Center.

Brigit specializes in orthopedics for spine and extremities with an emphasis on manual therapy and proprioceptive rehabilitation. She is the founder of the  Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation Program at Folsom Physical Therapy & Training Center.

When Brigit is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys. She loves cooking plant-based meals, gardening, mountain biking, and is active in her church community.

I was a patient of Brigit at Folsom Physical Therapy recently. Brigit provided great service and advice. She listened to my concerns and provided me with exercises that mitigated my issues. I would definitely recommend her services.

I can’t imagine going to any other place for physical therapy! My experience was with Brigit and she was fantastic. She used different methods to strengthen me and reduce my pain. I am now armed with tools to continue on my own, but if I need more help, I am confident Brigit could help me again.

I was seen by Brigit once a week and faithfully did my daily exercises.  Brigit explained everything clearly, demonstrated all the maneuvers and as always, sent me home with her little stick figure drawings for future reference!  She truly cares about her patients and for me, is the benchmark of what a therapist should be: kind, compassionate, intelligent, funny, and with high expectations for herself and her patients. Physical therapy doesn’t end when you walk out the door, it’s the responsibility of the patient to continue to exercise and follow the directions of the therapist and doctors.
