You don’t get that often so I highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a new doctor at Kaiser Folsom she the one .

Fantastic experience: Love how Dr. Mark Pelzner makes me feel like I am his only patient for the day. He is very efficient in the process giving me time to ask questions and discuss issues I am having with my eyes. I appreciate Mark and his team very much!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wong is the best Optometrist I have visited in my 64 years. He really cares about his patients and their ability and their vision. He is smart, patient, kind and caring. Fantastic experience: I came across this excerpt from the Hippocratic oath: "I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug." In reading this, I was reminded of a recent appointment with Dr. Jennifer Long in the Folsom opthalmology department. She embodies this. She always has a cheerful countenance and really enjoys what she does. I know she is a competent surgeon because she has operated on my wife's eye. I have been her patient for several years and I always go away from her exam room with a good feeling. Thank you Dr. Long, for the years dedicated to studying medicine and the further years mastering your specialty. But, no less important, thank you for being a nice person. Your education hasn't made you feel above the rest of us. You make us feel important. It's a breath of fresh air in a world turned too often ugly. And, she volunteers at her daughter's school too!
