Positive experience: Unless I'm missing something, when i try to call this center, the only phone numbers it gives me online is 1. The urgent care line 2. The line for lab work 3. The line for the neurology department It can make it really inconvenient to try and call a reception desk or even my care team because i have to ask someone else to direct me to the right line.

Positive experience: Very convenient lab, usually no wait time. Morning hours are very convenient for working class. The lab is not open on weekends, kind of annoying, I wish these guys start weekend hours soon.
