Dr. Carroll was born in Lake Jackson, TX and moved to Fort Smith at a young age. He grew up in Fort Smith and graduated high school from Southside High School. He then attended UAFS where he obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Biology. Immediately following undergraduate school, he traveled to Pasadena, TX to attend chiropractic school at Texas Chiropractic College. He has worked at the Moody Health Clinic treating patients in Pasadena, TX as well as the Bridge over Troubled Water, a battered women's shelter, treating and providing care for the individuals located there. He traveled to Highland, UT to where he worked at Canyon Chiropractic treating patients before landing in Fort Smith where he has joined the team at Elite Chiropractic Center.

Dr. Jim Schilling graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His past experiences include treating patients at Woodwinds Hospital, which was rated 'Top 50 Best Places to Work in the World' by Forbes. He also worked at Bandana Chiropractic, which was voted 'The Best Chiropractic Clinic' in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area by People's Choice©.
