NovaCare Rehabilitation - Frederick - Guilford Drive

Fantastic experience: Novacare is my go-to place when I need physical therapy. Staff are friendly and professional (therapists and front desk), and are always respectful of how the patient is feeling. The therapists know what they're doing and will take the time to explain to you what's causing your problem, as well as ways you can improve your condition. The place is welcoming to all and the conversations are always interesting. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Update: Finished my sessions here and feel fantastic. Everyone in this facility is amazing; Nick, Sarah, Tiffany, were all incredible. Kylie and Kaycee at the desk were always helpful and professional. This is the best PT center I’ve ever been to and I highly recommend it to anyone. Original: Nick is an amazing physical therapist whose knowledge and bedside manner are top notch. I am supremely satisfied with the entire office, and highly recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: Nick was fantastic to work with. He immediately found the root cause of my pain and started a plan for my rehab. He was very concise on instructions and demonstrated movements with ease. The staff at NovaCare was also very accommodating and flexible when it came to scheduling and rescheduling. I would 100% recommend NovaCare and Nick for any rehab.

Fantastic experience: The team at NovaCare Rehabilitation are fabulous. Nick worked with me for months to overcome my debilitating issues with occipital/vestibular neuralgia. He had me doing a variety of exercises and stretches to improve my posture and strength, watch videos for dizziness and gave me hands on treatment for tension in my neck and shoulders. He also spent hours explaining my condition, answering my many questions and helping to ease my fears which is essential for healing from this type of condition. I often received therapy from Jenny, Sarah and Ben who are all just wonderful and I learned and progressed with each one of them. Kylie at the front desk is friendly, professional and extremely easy to work with. They were always easy to work with scheduling appointments etc.. I owe them all so much and am very grateful to Nick and the team at NovaCare. They got me through a very difficult time and I’m thankful I was sent there by my neurologist!

Fantastic experience: My experience at NovaCare was more than amazing! I had a concussion and they gave me an appointment for the next day. The front desk person was really nice and understanding. She was patient and treated me with care and made me feel good under the circumstances. The therapists exceeded my expectations. They are really knowledgeable and care about their patients. They know what they are doing and work with the patients to make improvements without jeopardizing safety. This was my first time at NovaCare but I will come back if I need any physical therapy in the future. Amazing experience. Highly recommended.
