Holistic Acupuncture and Physical Therapy Center has opened its door since 2004, and we are proud to have been providing high quality professional services to our patients. Many who have come here to seek help have faced some of the most difficult challenges in life, physically and/or emotionally. Whether it is suffering from chronic pain, a recent injury, after a major surgery, insomnia, or a stroke, our holistic approach brings about effective healing benefits for our patients.

Our therapist is licensed in both physical therapy and acupuncture and has over 25 years of extensive experience to provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs to help you in your healing journey.

Fantastic experience: I had debilitating back pain for about a year before I went to see Dr. Deng. She was thorough, caring,flexible and efficient. She covers a full range of therapies including massage, ultrasound, exercise, TENS and acupuncture. After about 3 months I was pain-free and have been ever since.

Fantastic experience: My neurologist recommended Sophie for treatment of various back, hip, and foot pains. I have seen multiple physical therapists and chiropractors over the years here in MoCo and while they were all pleasant, professional, and competent, the treatments were somewhere between perfunctory and minimal. My treatment from Sophie has been at a different level. She evaluated my movement/flexibility issues at intake, and does so at every appointment. She taught me numerous exercises and assists me through several at each visit, sternly correcting my humorously inept form. She provides ultrasound, PT, and acupuncture at each visit. "Holistic" is just a marketing word at many practices, I believe, but Sophie provides terrific multi-modal treatment that exemplifies the term. Highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I highly respect and recommend Dr. Sophie Deng at Holistic Acupuncture and Physical Therapy. Dr. Deng is knowledgeable, kind, and personable. My Achilles Tendinitis was so severe that I was unable to walk without a limp. I was in tremendous pain before I started acupuncture and physical therapy with Dr. Deng. After about a dozen visits, I can now walk without pain. I’m so happy about how my Achilles’ tendon has healed. I give Dr. Deng a 10 out of 10!!

Fantastic experience: Sophie is incredibly kind, attentive and thorough during the treatment process. Three years ago, I went to her for sciatic pain that I struggled with for years, and my pain began to decrease after my first appointment. It only took about 6-8 more sessions to make the pain go away completely. I recently went to her again for for neck/arm pain related to prolonged computer use, and she worked her magic once more. She is truly skilled!
