Fantastic experience: Best PT I have encountered yet. Takes care of mind, body, and soul; not just the injury itself. Everything is connected! His professionalism and care is top notch. Besides his knowledge and care, his nutrition counseling and advice was a huge help. He is so much more than a physical therapist and looks out for one's welfare overall. His treatment techniques and dry needling are a huge help. Can't say enough good about him. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: AMAZING FAST RECOVERY!! Dr Tom saw my son for a 2nd degree ankle injury he suffered playing football. We saw him the day after his injury. From the initial visit, I knew we were in good hands. His care, knowledge and professionalism separates him from the rest. His state of the art techniques for speeding up recovery, is like no other. He took a injury which normally takes 3-6 weeks to recover from and cut the recovery time to 1 week. My son returned back to football this week and scored 4 TDs on 200+ yards. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Tom. He's the best in the business.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to see Dr Tom Ornum at Resurgent Performance Physical Therapy to provide treatment for ongoing neck pain, as a friend of mine had referred me to him for treatment after his back surgery and he was amazed with his positive recovery from working with him in such a short amount of time. Dr Ornum demonstrated a holistic approach based on multiple perspectives and best practices including physical therapy, chiropractic, neuroscience, and exercise physiology. Rather than just treating my symptoms, he gave me exercises and an approach to deal directly with the cause. After only three visits my neck pain was substantially better and this week (which was two weeks since my last visit with him), I feel like a new woman! Given most physical problems (especially the neck region) which are caused by multiple issues (e.g., posture, stress, eye strain which results in a poor position of the neck when at the computer, etc.,) Dr Ornum also referred me to a couple of other doctors to rule out any other factors that could be causing my neck pain. It's very rare to find doctors who bring a holistic view to their work, rather than pushing their own area of expertise, but Dr Ornum showed that he genuinely cared about finding me a sustainable solution, and I left feeling he wanted the best for me rather than simply trying to bring in more business for himself. I highly recommend him for any physical pain you may be experiencing. An outstanding professional in his field. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My teenage son had the privilege to be treated by Dr. Tom Van Ornum after his second ACL surgery. His cutting edge methods and strategies are far superior to the usual post knee rehab previously received. Dr. Tom created and carried out a plan to mentally and physically prepare my son for his future athletic endeavors. He established a relationship of trust over the months of treatment. ACL injuries are devastating to young men and having Dr. Tom's expertise and understanding allowed my son to recover and strengthen not only his muscles and resilience but his mind as well. After being unable to compete for 2 years, my son was a tournament finalist in his return to wrestling this weekend. Kudos to Dr. Tom!
