Dr. Stephen Taylor has been serving countless patients for over two decades. After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, Dr. Taylor began his career by implementing a variety of chiropractic techniques, using modern research to influence his treatment plans. Dr. Taylor has fostered a culture that places our patients’ needs first. From the moment that you walk in through our doors, you’ll be given the highest quality of service. First, I had some doubts because of a past experience where it's always the same things every week! I have regular issues with my lower back and my neck (due to past hernias) and Dr. Taylor did an excellent job at making me feel better. He also helps me with huge muscular issues after the loss of my wife. He really listen to the patient and never tries to make you come back every week if it's not necessary. Even though I'm really better, I still go and get regular adjustments and I feel great! The office staff is really efficient, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone!

Dr. Taylor and his staff are amazing. From my first visit until the very last, the entire team was very professional, nice, and attentive. I also appreciate them because they valued my time. I have an extremely demanding and busy work life. I was able to walk-in and address my problem within minutes! One of the best chiro treatments I’ve had in a very long time. I went in to help treat an ongoing problem, sports injury from poor posture and workout routine. I can go on, I just go from grumpy to happy in minutes! Thanks so much. Oh! And the staff is sooooooo accommodating and nice. Thank you ladies!

Two years ago, I got into a terrible car accident. If I were to rate my lower back and neck pain, out of 1-10, mine was 10. I didn't get discharge until I was fully recovered. Family Back and Neck Care Center helped me recover from my car accident. Dr. Stephen Taylor and his staff were extremely helpful during my therapy session. Dr. Taylor was able to alleviate the excruciating pain after couple of visits. They are always there to listen to my concerned, and worked with my busy schedules. Unlike other offices, I didn't have to wait for a long time to be called in. Dr. Stephen is great in evaluating my condition. I have been coming to the chiropractor for couple of months until my back and neck pain had no longer bother me. I highly recommend Family Back and Neck Care Center because the staff are friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Taylor is caring, knowledgeable, and excellent in his profession. I'm very fortunate that I was referred to Dr. Taylor. I never thought that I could recover from my condition and I can't thank them enough for all their help. I give Dr. Taylor and his staff 10/10. If anyone is searching for a reputable Chiropractor, Dr. Taylor is the one you need to see.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never visited a chiropractor before and for the first time I had to use one due to an accident. I was pleasantly surprised. My uninformed impression disappeared. I became educated. The office staff including Dr Stephen acted professionally and smiled during all my visitation & interactions with them. Dr Stephen explained to me what to expect during the treatment. I recommend to anyone who requires their services. I however wished they open on Saturdays (????????????????)

Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident and was referred by my personal injury attorney. After being treated by Dr. Taylor, I feel massive improvement. He is a caring doctor who listens, which is rare. His staff is kind and considerate.

Fantastic experience: Family Back and Neck Care Center in Gaithersburg, MD are simply the best... The customer care is great, they welcome you with a smile and they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The friendly environment and warm welcome are what I have experienced. They even has a writen banner in their office that reads, "Don't Forget to Smile Today". More importantly, they try to accommodate everyone with their unique circumstances with their flexible payments and managable costs. I will recommend anyone with back, neck, shoulder, or any bodily pain who are looking for a Chiropractor to try Family Back and Neck Care Center. This facility was my very first time I went after my car accident, and I knew nothing about Chiropractor at that time.I have never attended one before. While seeking help with my bodily pain, I attended another facility, and get to know the difference. I am stuck with Family Back and Neck Care Center for the reasons I stated above, that Family Back and Neck Care Center in Gaithersburg, MD are simply the best... Fantastic experience: Wow , I happen to meet Dr. Stephen Taylor and the clinic manager Miss. Jenny and Miss. Eren, wonderful people working together, TEAM WORK @ FAMILY BACK MEDICAL CENTER . Great people with a great sense of humor, the expression of true love , their style of interacting with patients, blew my mind when I met all of them at the Center , my experience with them has been fantastic. Fantastic experience: I messed up my lower back when I was a marathon runner. I'm pretty careful not to do anything too strenuous but I still sometimes do something that causes my back to tighten up and spasm. I have been going to Dr. Taylor for over 10 years and he always takes care of my back issues and often at a moments notice. He has genuine care and concern for his patients. He also has a very friendly and helpful staff. If you have back issues, I highly recommend Dr. Taylor to everyone.
