Courtland Terrace

Fantastic experience: My grandmother was there for short term rehab last month (October 2023) and she absolutely loved all of the staff (especially Kevin and Anita) for all of the great care that she received. The therapy team got her back on her feet and she is doing great at home again!!

Fantastic experience: Courtland Terrace is one busy and well run facility. It is managed like an efficient, well-oiled machine and fast food drive through, just better. You can feel and see the unity. My mom has been here for two weeks and I have been with her every day for most of the day. There is no confusion here. Everyone knows their place and responsibilities and visit the room with a smile each and every time. The garden area is just beautiful with flowers and trees blooming in multiple places. My mom and I loved to sit by the raised bed of lantanas which are busy with a whole host of pollinators and butterflies. Wish to know what your relative or parent is receiving for medication? It is all recorded on a detailed spreadsheet so you can see date, time, amount, and name by day and hour. My hat is off to the behind the scenes food service. Meals are served hot and very good. I would pay for these meals at a restaurant. The therapists have been exceptional. They have made a difference in my mom’s recovery with an early release than expected. I am not sure how old the building is but all looks great. I constantly see maintenance quietly visit and then on to the next task. What a tough job everyone in this profession endures! Yet, the optimism and professionalism is just exceptional. I think there are many fast food companies that could benefit from using Courtland as a role model for their own operations. Before selecting Courtland Terrace, I made several phone calls for recommendations and heard so many positive comments. Even though it is a much longer drive ( double the commute time) than other rehab centers, it has been worth every extra mile driven. I would, without reservations, highly recommend Courtland Terrace.

Fantastic experience: My 94 Dad has been at Courtland Terrace for almost a year. During his stay, he improved enough to be moved up from skilled nursing to assisted living. This is a well maintained facility inside and out. The staff is polite and attentive, they listen to the family's guidance to provide the best care possible to your loved one. The lovely facilities, food flexibility, social activities and an attentive staff make this place worth a closer look.
