Glendora Canyon Transitional Care Unit

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Glendora Canyon transitional care unit. Absolutely impressed! The patient care was outstanding, “it was exactly what I was looking for.” All the way from start to finish! I was so pleased with the service my mom received from this facility. The staff worked together to put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. They went well above and beyond to help my mom feel safe and well taken care of during her 60 day stay at this facility. The support staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient care and privacy. They also helped us the family with getting her on the ALW Waiver which provided our mom a way to financially pay for her future care at an assisted living facility. We are so grateful for the help and support that was given to us (the family) and the best part was the caring director, David, he was OUTSTANDING! Very compassionate and patient a 24 hour care and availability on his behalf. We will forever be grateful. Great experience during hard times.

Fantastic experience: My dad and grandma were here for 3 months and they did everything in their power to make it a smooth process for all of us. They made sure that they had fun activities, that they were listened to and bent over backwards to make sure they had the best care and attention. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Glendora Canyon, Transitional Care Unit for taking care of my mom while she was in recovery of a broken hip. My mother was there for two weeks and I would recommend this facility 10/10 for any care. We took a tour with the administrator, David, he was very professional and caring. Anything we needed throughout these two weeks he was there for us. I also want to thank 3 staff members that went above and beyond daily taking care of my mom. Delia, Diana and Miguel thank you so much for all of the care, patient, & love you gave to my mom. Thank you for being such dedicated caregivers! Lastly, I want to thank the physical therapy assistants that helped my Mom. You guys were amazing.
