Synovation was awarded a three year grant by the state of California to work on improving care to chronic pain patients using our multidisciplinary approach. We will be partnering with Community Health Group in San Diego County and will be collecting both clinical and utilization outcomes data.

Synovation leverages a multidisciplinary approach, using various types of therapies and techniques to address your pain. Our providers collaborate to determine the best treatment for you, and our programs focus on gaining control back in your life.

Our Educational Seminars are typically presented once or twice a month. These in-person seminars are presented by Dr. Mauro Zappaterra and they are open to anyone who is interested; you do not have to be a Synovation patient. Admission is free.

Fantastic experience: Here are my 2 cents on my experience. My monthly appointment at synovation Medical Group is always a great experience. The nurses at great. They are helpful and always pleasant. The offices are clean. My provider is Jerome Marcos. I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s always willing to listen and receptive to my medical needs. He answers questions and motivated me in setting and achieving realistic health goals. I’m grateful for him and the nurses.
