I checked in online over my phone. It was an easy process which sped things up when I arrived for my appointment. Check in took no time at all.

Fantastic experience: Team Great Falls Clinic as I like to call them is an extremely well greased operation. From the time you inter the front door with a "Hi, how can I help you today?" The courteous service extends from there to throughout the entire Team. For example, my recent visit, the person, sorry I don't remember his name that escorted me to ex-ray and back was very pleasant and engaging which helped in me not focus on the pain I was in. So, whether it is with the reception Team or the medical staff (Doctors and Nurses) or the very encouraging escort; you will be well taken care of.

He had studied my medical records before I arrived to my appointment, and knew a good deal about me, which brought comfort and showed me he cared abut me personally.
