Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Angela Carvalho. I went to Angela with some severe lower spine pain and issues and over the course of several PT sessions she has helped guide me with recommended exercises to a point that I have minimal pain am now able to do things that I haven't for several years. She also helped significantly increase my mobility and range of motion in a vary sore shoulder that has a large amount of arthritis. She is very quick to access an issue and identifies specifically what exercises are needed to strengthen the surrounding areas to help alleviate the stress on the affected area. She was instrumental in recommending I try "dry needling" for the stress in my shoulders / neck and introduced me to Jenna Kosola for a treatment. A few hours after the dry needling, I realized that my shoulder stress and tightness was almost completely gone. I'd recommend that treatment for anyone with high stress or muscles that need some re-conditioning / retraining.

Fantastic experience: Scott at Point Sport Medicine Rehab was awesome to work with. I had early stages of tendonitis in my right knee and within 5 weeks of my first visit, I was able to do sports again with little to no pain. He was very knowledgeable and cared about getting me back to 100% as quickly as possible. Will definitely refer other people to him in the future.
