Fantastic experience: I worked out 5 days a week and lost only 7 pounds in a year. With the workouts I was doing I ended up with an herniated disc. I asked my primary doctor for help because I knew something was wrong because I was working so hard working out. The stress from work caused havoc on my body and I needed help.
