Fantastic experience: Not sure why people are rating so poorly. I had a great therapist who helped me a lot, and on a sliding scale. Sure, the front-desk staff isn’t the friendliest, but I feel like it’s hard to stay optimistic when you’re in a Medicaid-supported counseling office.
