Greenville Post Acute

Positive experience: My Father was in the Rehab Portion of the facility for 3 weeks and received wonderful care. The staff was most attentive to my Fathers needs. A special call out to Lauren his CNA, she always took special care of my Dad. Another call out to Troy in transportation/appointments. Troy went above and beyond in her role. All the nurses and therapy staff were most attentive. I read some of the reviews and it disheartens me. These are great people and provided great care.

Fantastic experience: The facility was clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. The resident I visited said everyone treats her with kindness. Because of the Flu,Covid and RSV I had not been visiting regularly. My resident said even when I don’t see you it’s ok cause this is like my family everyone is nice here. She was eating her evening meal in the dining area. I was glad to see this as previously she only ate in her room.

Fantastic experience: I got hired and scheduled for an orientation. The staff was helpful to process me after my interview. I can't hardly wait to care for our residents at Greenville Post Acute. Thank you. But after working there I noticed that a few staff isn't too helpful when you're new to the place. This place needs excellent personnel to tour all new employees to where everything is at. The only personnel that most of us turn to is Penny and was so helpful and was available every morning when our evening shift ends. We're not surprised that Penny isn't there now. I loved the residents, but there's no scheduled unit assigned, but wait until you get one. That's the reason a facility loses good employees for specific reasons when there's no excellent management available.
