Fantastic experience: I have been very pleased with my experience with Katie at Limitless Therapy and Wellness. She genuinely cares about you as a person. You’re not just a “client” or a number. She listens closely to everything you say and customizes a program that is specific to your particular needs, while also taking into account your limitations and even personality style. She understands that emotional health plays a large role in physical well being and addresses the whole person in the planning process. Katie also is very good at encouragement. She celebrates every achievement, no matter how small. She makes you feel proud of yourself and the progress you are making, regardless of where you are starting at in your health journey. I am currently midway through my program and have been very impressed with the huge progress I have made so far. My symptoms have greatly reduced, and I feel stronger than I have in years. Katie created a program for me that is effective and, more importantly, actually do-able for me with my limitations. This is definitely one of the best decisions and investments I have made in myself. I am so glad that I did. I would absolutely recommend Katie to anyone who is looking for guidance in the area of pelvic health!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Katie is an amazing therapist! She recently did a dry needling session on me for issues with my neck mobility and back. I had never had this type of therapy before, yet Katie walked me through each step, explaining the benefits of each needle location, putting me at ease with her calm presence and confident knowledge. She listens attentively, and educates her patients well, with grace and creativity. Cannot recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Katie was amazing to work with throughout my pregnancy and I will continue to see her since having my baby for postpartum recovery. She was so crucial in helping me stay active and as pain-free as possible while pregnant in addition to prepping my body for delivery as well. She is compassionate and genuinely cares for her patients during the appointments as well as outside of appointments making sure to check in and provide assistance however possible. I can't recommend Dr. Katie and Limitless Therapy enough!

Fantastic experience: Jordan made a house visit the same day I called for an appointment. Katie has been an amazing help with my back pain and pelvic floor issues. They take time to understand the root cause of pain and formulate a plan for long term success. Katie is great with dry needling and cupping as well! Highly recommend for anyone looking to achieve long lasting results from a team that truly cares!
