Fantastic experience: Was referred to PRN by my primary due to a meniscus injury. I waited a month thinking it would heal on itself but I end up going to see PT Borja. I want to thank the staff at Eastlake PRN for the amazing service. I am back to squatting ,doing lunges and cycling PAIN FREE! Thank you so much

Negative experience: This 1 star review is only for the difficulty of scheduling and speaking with someone from PRN Physical Therapy. I have called the office called more than 5 times and left 2 voicemails over the last 2 weeks without anyone calling me back. I then tried scheduling through the online website and I finally got a phone call back, however, it was during work hours so I was unable to answer right away. I called the same number back within 5 minutes and no answer and have still not gotten ahold of anyone. How can I schedule an appointment here?! It is maddening!

Fantastic experience: They treat me with respect ,they always nice and always remind of my appointments. Very attentive.

Positive experience: Cassey is great at what he does. The exercises are easy to do but there is some discomfort but I see the results happening.

Don Michael Borja communicates with intense listening and feedback skills to better understand your body’s needs. He adjusts his therapy techniques to accommodate your needs. Highly recommend PRN Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I want to acknowledge the outstanding work of Dr. Lizzie Philbin and the team at Eastlake PRN. They have been an integral part of my multiple joint replacement recovery. They are skilled professionals in their field and good listeners with their patients who then implement individual plans to address your needs. They are always professional and courteous, but also kind and compassionate. Lizzie’s team with Jeff Baloo and Reyna Felix Lopez are all just the best. They really have your best interest at heart and I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy on Aug. 11, 2023 for a torn rotator cuff. My therapist is Don Borja. I have come 2 times. Don explained in detail how he was going to help me with my shoulder pain and what to expect. He is amazingly knowledgeable in what he does. Yes, I must tell you that I walked in with pain and left without pain, like I said, he is amazing! He is very afable and always has a smile on his face. Jorge and Reina are the ones who helped me with special exercises to strengthen my shoulder muscles. I will enjoy coming back for my weekly therapy with these awesome therapists.

Fantastic experience: The best experience I have ever had in PT. They do really care and especially Lizzie, the manager is the best. Rest asure that you will be in the best hands, literally. They know what they are doing. I have been in several PT facilities in San Diego and none compares to PRN. If you really want to feel better, don’t waste more time. Schedule your visit, is the best thing I did and now, the pain I had on my lower back, knees and shoulders are at least 80% better. Thank you Lizzie

Fantastic experience: I am so appreciative of this wonderful place I call home for over 8 years. Lizzy and her team has helped me through my recovery with Achilles rupture, vertigo and meniscus tear twice. Thank you for keeping me strong. I used suffer with vertigo and the exercise has helped me to control the horrible symptoms of dizziness and loss of balance. They keep the place so clean and the team are all so amazing.

Fantastic experience: PRN at 2437 Fenton St, Chula Vista, is an excellent facility for physical therapy. The staff are truly what makes the place. My physical therapist Aaron, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He really listened to my concerns and developed a great plan to get me back on track. I mainly worked with Aaron and Jeff who always made me feel comfortable and their encouragement kept me working hard to improve. However, all of the staff are very welcoming and professional. Fantastic experience: The staff at PRN ( that I worked with—> Anna at check-in, and my PTs- Don, and Jeff) were always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I feel they had my best interests at heart, and educated and guided me all along my total hip replacement recovery. I highly recommend PRN!! They are Spot-on!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending physical therapy at PRN-Fenton St for a little over a month. Aaron is awesome! He listens to my concerns and asks about my progress. No session is the same or routine which i like, it means I am actually being heard and concerns addressed. Jeff is also great at keeping me on my toes with my exercise and keeping things light with a good sense of humor. From what I can tell, the whole staff there is great. They have good communication with their patients. Would def recommend not only Aaron but PRN as a whole.

Fantastic experience: Before I was treated by Lizzy I was experiencing a lot of pain. After our first session I felt much better and continued to improve greatly every week. She even found the source of the headaches that have plagued me for most of my adult life. I couldn’t be happier with her and the rest of the staff (Jeff, Kimberly, Chrissy and Carlos) at PRN Eastlake.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Occupational Therapist, Rachel Lipari. She was very thorough, professional, patient, and kind. Rachel took her time to teach me the exercises and she provided her personal and undivided attention at every session. She helped me gain strength in my hands in just 4 weeks. I highly recommend Rachel and the staff at PRN Eastlake!

Fantastic experience: PRN Eastlake Physical Therapy is EXCEPTIONAL compared to many I have tried. I was referred to PRN Eastlake by my doctor for treatment of torn ligaments in my right foot. The high degree of professionalism of the management and staff, clean and well-equipped facility and convenient location in Eastlake were all positives. My Therapist Liz Philbin did the assessment of my injury, reviewed medical reports and interviewed me to determine the best therapy and goals. The personal attention by Liz and her team, care, massage, exercise and heat therapy over several weeks were successful in reducing pain, improving flexibility and balance and strengthening my feet and legs. I especially appreciated their Web Site that contained all of the proscribed exercises in full motion for at home use. The therapy was 100% effective and allowed me to resume my normal routine at home and on the road. All of the people at PRN Eastlake are caring, courteous and professional and I highly recommend them if you want personal attention and excellent results.
