PT Solutions of Five Forks

Fantastic experience: My OB recommended physical therapy after giving birth this summer, and the team at PT Solutions 5 Forks was knowledgeable, encouraging and all around great to work with! I’m so grateful for their help as I work toward feeling back to normal after having a child.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of the therapists and staff. I am pain free and have the knowledge and strength to keep myself symptom free beyond my therapy days. Every time I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and warmth. The workspace is always clean and organized. My phone calls and messages were always answered promptly. Dry needling is offered and was very beneficial to my healing process! I was challenged and given grace where needed. Exercises were tailored to my needs and abilities. Therapists regularly used objective scoring to assess my progress and tailor their plans for me. I would 10/10 recommend this team for your physical therapy needs!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience I had with PT Solutions at Five Forks. Their staff is amazing. They are knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. In a short time, they relieved my pain, improved my function and taught me how to maintain it. Jenevieve, Esmae and Amanda were awesome. My sessions with them were challenging, yet done in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I am so grateful for everything they did to help me back to an active lifestyle. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: PT solutions was amazing to work with for my care! Jenevieve was so encouraging to work with during my sessions. She was fun, clearly loves her job, and her patients. She is knowledgeable and confident which made it easy to trust her! I would 100% recommend her to my friends and family and would come back if I ever needed to for more care. Everyone else was always so friendly and over all it was just great atmosphere. Fantastic experience: My experience at PT Solutions Physical Therapy at Five Forks was amazing. From the first phone call to schedule, through each appointment, and on to graduation there was professional and personalized care. The therapists are all incredibly qualified and you can tell they enjoy their work helping clients find solutions and meet their goals. They listen, and they get it! I appreciated the professionalism and attention to each client’s unique needs. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is fun and positive. I loved working with Madeline and Jenevieve! Superb care. Definitely recommend!
