Fantastic experience: I had physical therapy at the South Chula Vista Nexus a couple of years ago, stopped for the pandemic, and am now going again. The back and neck problems I have are not going to get better, as they are age-related, but the pain and function problems they cause can be improved, so I'm optimistic about improving my flexibility, strength and balance. My back is still killing me, but my other problems feel a bit better. The staff at the South Chula Vista Nexus are all really nice. They listen, explain and demonstrate the exercises, and accentuate the positive. They're very patient with clients, overcoming language barriers. Although I leave there a bit achy, I still enjoy going.

Fantastic experience: Nexus Therapy in Chula Visat is a Marvel Superhero factory. That's how you will feel when you are done with the Therapy session. Seriously though, as a disabled veteran with permanent damage in my back and spine, Nexus Theraoy knows how to help mitigate the pain and gives you the knowledge base to work on it your own time. Thank you Nexus Therapy Chula Vista for that bit of sunshine I needed.

Fantastic experience: All the staffs are great especially the Therapists they make sure I’m doing the right way of doing the exercises and to make me feel better. Facility is clean and the staffs are all helpful and knowledgeable of their job. I want to comment all of them for a job well done.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience here from the staff being unprofessional to terrible treatment.

Negative experience: I wish I could give the Chula Vista location less than one star. This is the worst PT I have ever been. I had torn my ACL. I went there for pre-op physical therapy. it was fine since it was pre-op even though they were unprofessional and some stuff member were rude. Post-OP, they did not have any damn idea what to do and where to start from. They were all confused and they made me confused. They were asking me to do some random stuff and they did not have any idea what is that for. One was asking me to do one thing and another one another thing.At first week post-op they asked me to do some full knee extension while sitting on the side of the table that was hurting and that damaged my grief area that I still suffer from. following their stupid routine had worsen my knee. Then I transferred the rest of my PT to UCSD. please chose your PT wisely cause some of these therapist ruin the hard work of many surgeon.

Fantastic experience: My work comp knee injury has been plaguing me for over six months. I started with Nexus in Chula Vista 2.5 weeks ago. My knee had started improving dramatically by the 3rd visit. I now see a future where I’ll be moving and walking like I was before my injury. I look forward to my appointments. They put me through my paces. Always attentive. I feel that they are serious about my rehabilitation. The fact that they’re genuinely friendly, and remember my name makes me want to come back.

Fantastic experience: I like the people there. There so nice and helpful since i been going there. I love the buffer massage and physical therapy, it help me more than anything because hips problem plus it band system i have.
