Spine & Sport Physical Therapy- Chula Vista

Negative experience: Overcrowded, unsanitary, unattentive therapists absolutely horrible, uncaring and rude my appointment was at 10 nobody greeted me stood there for 10 min before I asked for assistance then had me on machines and equipment other people used on their body parts without cleaning them....disgusting

Fantastic experience: All of the Therapist are excellent and know their job! Especially Ryan! I been going there since July and I've progressed tremendously, I'm well on my way back to walking...

Negative experience: I remember going there & had the same issues too. "I REACHED OUT TO THE MANAGER" We had this long talk back & forth. It seemed as though the place would be different? No, this place is STILL having problems. A while back, and no I'm not saying when, I was supposed to start up there again. I didn't of course. So will I "Reach out" again no I already did, no use.

Fantastic experience: They are amazing such great service they helped me heal from my knee pain ladies at the front desk were always so friendly and knew my name as I walked In I love them and sad that I don't have to go anymore

Negative experience: After reading the reviews I seem to have the same issues that everyone else had with their customer service. I hope the business owner reads this review. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for a few days and I even left a message. Still waiting for a call back. I had to message my doctor to get a new referral for a different PT.

Negative experience: No help if appointments are a week out. How can you recover and heal having to wait that long to have a therapy session.

Negative experience: I started as a patient here 2 weeks ago. I cannot get them to answer the phone or return calls despite reporting great pain post session. I hope they see this and finally call me back. I hope I am not being charge for missed appointments since they will not answer for me to cancel. I’m quite frustrated.

Fantastic experience: Love love love this place!!!! The OTs are the best!!! Shiela, Jeanine, and Deanna are awesome! I've been to other PT places that are totally ineffective and I leave in tears. But at spine and sport I've actually gotten so much better! the treatment plans are manageable and very effective.

Fantastic experience: The therapist are very knowledgeable in helping you recover from your injuries and pain. They are also friendly. They have pool therapy sessions for those that can't do the exercise machines. Pool therapy is very relaxing. Therapist's at pool site are friendly and care for you. They know you by name. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: This was a wonderful experience. I love the people who work here! I have used both aquatic and indoor therapy and found them both to be incredibly effective. I was looking at potential surgery on both neck and lower back and now that's complete off the table. Can't say enough good things about the facilities and the group here.

Fantastic experience: My experience at this facility was professional and friendly. The overall communication and facilitating my medical needs were on par. My PT Jeannine challenge me every visit with a strategic plan in my overall recovery. She was professional, friendly, and delightful speaking to during therapy. I'd like to acknowledge another PT at this location, Mr. Jai. I didn't personally work with this therapist; although, Jai always greeted me with a kind jesture and his spirit was always upbeat with an extremely positive attitude which is contagious in a great way. Another stand out employee at this location is Erica who does the scheduling. This is another professional upbeat individual that pays attention to detail. She was always courteous and accurate when scheduling appointments, and it was a pleasure to see a friendly helpful person when you entere an establishment. This establishment is definitely 5 Star.

Fantastic experience: The staff are vey knowledgeable, kindand professonal. I am a retired medical Social Worker who has woked in physical ehab for over 20 yrs. . They are excellent and focus on recovery without injury from rehab. I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and great job adapting to zoom with covid. I feel like I get more out of my sessions then I have at the last 2 places I've tried. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Spine and Sport in Mission Hills Country Club is awesome! Everyone is so great!! Gabriel my therapist is awesome! He explains everything and demonstrates how the stretch or exercise is supposed to be done. He’s empathetic and understands my pain. I’m glad I was referred to them.

Positive experience: Many fine physiotherapists work here, and you will likely come to meet them all when you visit Spine & Sport for physical therapy. At first I was a bit disconcerted that a different person or sometimes more than one person would be taking you through the process of your particular therapy, but all of the staff are very professional and caring. If you hurt or express pain during a therapy, they tell you to stop. I like that I have control of my threshold of pain.

Fantastic experience: I have been to physical therapy many times over the last 17 years and I recommend Spine and Sport in Rancho Mirage. They are very personable and know what you can tolerate in your physical therapy treatments. I have been to therapists that all they do is the tens unit and heat with a little massage. Spine and Sport Rancho Mirage works with me to strengthen my muscles and increase my range of motion. I can't say enough about Gabe and Sam. They are awesome!!!!

Fantastic experience: Have been to a lot of PT offices...but Nat at this office is the BEST! He really cares about his clients and works hard to get you better! If you need a PT co try Nat for a while and you will not be sorry. I have a terrible back and leg problems but he has worked to get me from nearly bed ridden to out walking and enjoying life again. GOD BLESS THIS MAN!

Positive experience: I like how the guys work because they are all the time close to you and frequently they ask you are you ok ? You need something let me know if need something. And they show you how to do the exercise day by day. But the girls they always are talking with the other workers and they let you do the exersice with out supervision. Sorry thats why i give you only 4 stars. I give 5 stars to the guys specially to jay and 4 stars to the ladys.
