Synergy Orthopedics Physical Therapy - Chula Vista

Fantastic experience: My mother was referred to Synergy Ortho and PT after her foot surgery. Her therapist was Nathan Burlakovsky. He was very dedicated to helping my mom and explained everything.

Fantastic experience: Nathan Burlakovsky is the best, if you get to do appointments with him you’re in for a treat. He is my favorite Therapist at the center, and he is extremely friendly, chill, and knowledgeable about his job. I always get nervous about medical stuff and have often ditched appointments/providers in the past if I get too anxious about going or explaining my problems. However because of his calm and caring demeanor I never felt that way and felt supported and encouraged to go to my physical therapy sessions. I would say he is the calming aura of Mr. Rogers or Bob Ross. Although I only get to work with him rarely for my initial intake and for my re-assessments, I really enjoy seeing him around the clinic. Alex Allios and Steven Nguyen are also wonderful providers and very encouraging and helpful.

Negative experience: Front desk sucks

Fantastic experience: Professional, knowledgeable, teaching, informative and compassionate therapists. I have been going for awhile and am thankful that I have been provided the information to assist me to continue to improve. The staff and the therapists are the best! I want to mention Nick, Mandy & Brandon, the three therapists I have worked with. They are awesome! Thank you for all that you do!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mandy Watts is the BEST!! I have been doing physical therapy for four weeks and my condition has improved so much. Dr. Watts is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Overall the staff and the welcoming atmosphere is a great place for anyone to get better. I wouldn’t want to do PT any place else.

Fantastic experience: Today I want to thank the whole team at Synergy Physical Therapy who have helped me so much on my recovery journey. It was Stephany who always asked what I was doing on the weekends, and somehow was able to remember every conversation. Nate who kept congratulating me on the progress with each eval. To Laura who kindly played “my favorite band” the red hot chili peppers for 30 mins that one time. Also for always pushing me to get to the next level. For Clinton who made innovative ideas to prepare me to go hiking again, and for always pushing me to do one last set. To Betty and the reception gals who always were kind when checking me in. Two years later and I’m almost able to do everything I used to enjoy out of life. That is something I will never be able to repay but will be eternally grateful for each and every single one of you ❤️

Positive experience: The physical therapist was very helpful and understanding. But the “dynamic splint” is an overpriced contraption that is very simply fashioned and not covered by Medicare. I had to pay cash before it was fitted at a whooping price of $500.

Fantastic experience: Small office but they treat a verity of injuries. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: May 2018 I fell in my driveway and fractured and dislocated my hip. The sciatic nerve was damaged as well. Then as i got up moving around the surgery failed. I spent four days in traction as they found the needed parts for a complete hip replacement with lots of added hardware. I say all this so you know how much Natasha, Jaymie and all the physical therapist and amazing staff have helped me. I highly recommend Synergy and can't thank them enough for getting me out and moving forward with my life. The doctors weren't sure I'd walk without a walkker. Thank you, thank you so much. Highly recomend.
