Positive experience: I would like to commend Maria for her compassion and weekly updates regarding my loved one. Andrew for his effort in getting my loved one transferred to this facility. Dora for her pleasantness when speaking with me when I call the Facility. These are staff you would want to care for your loved ones.

Positive experience: It's nice to have a safe place to stay , the facility needs updates in the building and better food choices,new sheets and blankets, replace bathrooms, plumbing work, better appliances for kitchen and wash rooms. The staff members do the best they can with what they have to work with. They all need a raises. More employees Thursday out the facility.

Fantastic experience: I'm giving 5 stars for the new driver of your van. She is a jewel. Has a great sense of humor and a real nice attitude. Her visit at the Dental Care Center on Arlington Blvd today made me forget that my tooth was hurting. What a sweet lady. I hope you all do everything keep her because the other lady wasn't as nice. I believe her name is Liz. She made us all laugh and she spoke to everyone.
