Fantastic experience: I have absolutely no idea why this score is so low on the this place!!!! ???????????????? It must be people who just weren't ready to get themselves together Yet. Period! this place is one of the most amazing places I've been and I have been an addict for 15 years and I am only 33 years old. they make you get up with what little time they have with you, Which was our whole problem right we just couldn't motivate ourselves for life??. To try to put you back into a sort of reentry set of mind, they feed you well, They're kind. They send you with TOOOOO many tools and resources To not be able to beat this thing, we call addiction! It's not easy and we can't do it alone. In this place provides a huge support system! Not long enough if you ask me, Though most places that are great you seem to feel like that anyways. Staff is amazing. The place is extremely clean. The food isn't the greatest , but we weren't putting the best things in our body anyways , so it does the job. I'm sure if people would give better reviews maybe they would have more money and they could get better food period stop being stupid. This is one of the best places to go!!! Like I said, 15 years of thinking wrong. And I walked out and everything just clicked that should tell you something

Positive experience: I have been working with an individual for 10yrs and Port is a great place for all your mental health needs but my individual receives a biweekly injection and Dr. RAY IS THE BEST ( We will miss you)(5-10 mins for a shot) and FAST. BUT when Dr. Ray is not there, the other nurses are super slow for just a shot. Each visit has a scheduled time and I understand being busy but 1-2hrs is the Worst again I say for just a shot and it is a entire waiting room lobby full of patients whom only need a injection whom come weekly.
