Fantastic experience: I needed PT after recovering from a busted ankle. I am a disabled vet so I am very familiar with PT and I am rarely happy with the PT I am offered. I was very happy when I came to PT in motion and worked with Cathy. She is very experienced and a fellow of the Gray’s Institute of Functional movement. She put me through a very thorough assessment which identified all of the bio mechanical issues I was struggling with and then systematically targeted them with stretches and strength building exercises that I will probably do for the rest of my life because they WORK. I am feeling much better now and so happy to have my body pain free.

Fantastic experience: Cathy Boppert and her staff were very friendly and very professional. They helped me deal with my neck pain and headaches by showing me different stretches and exercises that I’ve never done before. I’ve notice an improvement with my neck mobility and especially with my headaches. I highly recommend this place and staff to my fellow Veterans who needed some Physical Therapy.

I’ve always avoided physical therapy in the past, but I am very happy I tried it this time. I learned multiple stretches and strengthening exercises that will serve me well in the future. Fantastic experience: I was referred by my Doctor to PT in Motion. Day one I met Cathy Boppert the PT in Chula Vista. She is very passionate about her job and helping her patients out with their injuries. I came in for a spine injury. I have been to a different organization and I felt rushed and my input was not taken account for. She is patient and will make sure you get all your exercises and stretches in. If you have a pain somewhere she has an exercise or stretch for that! Her method of homework is great as well. She has you record the exercises so when you get home you have no questions about the exercises. If I ever need PT in the future again I hope it’s with Cathy! Thank you very much for all your help.

Fantastic experience: Just want to start off by saying how thankful I am someone in my neighborhood told me about this place and told me me about Govi, it’s been an absolute pleasure to have worked with them one on one with my son who needed physical therapy. I’ve learned so much from my time here, learned how to help him progress and overall been amazed with the staff. All the therapists here are so welcoming and even if you aren’t assigned to them they make it personal to learn you or your child’s name and smile and strike a convo with you. Front desk is amazing Ana, you are such a lovely, vivacious person and your personality, I can say enough how much I enjoyed bringing my son and Govi, I don’t know if I could ever repay you for all your help and I’m so glad you were Sully’s physical therapist. He loved coming every week and I think bonded with everyone and found it as his second home. You will not be disappointed here, I feel like this is a second family and I’m so sad to leave. I would come back in a heartbeat for any and all therapies. Also I will note for any military families, referrals were in and they call to schedule you right and provide all necessary paperwork, any scheduling changes they call and prompt you or leave a message. Seriously this office is spectacular. I don’t use a lot of descriptive words in reviews unless I love where I’m going and this again I can never repay them enough but I am so thankful that Sully got help and is thriving!!!! I will miss you all from the bottom of my heart, Thank You!❤️

Fantastic experience: We love Erica and Diony. Audrey started with Diony when she was a year old and was not crawling, kneeling, or trying to walk. Within a month she was crawling and In 3 months after Diony prescribed her orthotics (and worked tirelessly with our insurance to get them approved) she was walking! Erica has continued her care and Audrey had continued to make so much progress that she is almost “on track” now with kids her age. We can’t thank PT in motion enough for Audrey’s excellent care

Fantastic experience: We were referred to PT in Motion for our 1yr old in 2022 when she hadn't hit her rolling, crawling or walking milestones. Our primary PT Govi, got our daughter running, jumping, climbing stairs, leg balancing and kicking!! She has now been graduated after 2yrs of hardworking, dedication and lots of love and support from Govi and the staff of PT in Motion! Our family will be forever grateful!!

Fantastic experience: The therapy was very effective and it has really helped me clear all back pain that I had. My therapist Cathy not only is she an amazing person but she quickly saw my back problems and how to help them. The stretches that she gave me were are really helpful and have made me even more flexible. As the sessions went by I started to feel better and better. I also enjoyed how Raymond was also there to help me with my stretched when he saw me struggling. Thanks to Cathy and Raymond my back pain is gone

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Cathy as a Physical Therapist. As a middle-aged, retired, overweight veteran, I thought I would not be able to enjoy a gym workout, walk straight or even stand on my feet for an extended period; however, after 15 therapy sessions, I feel like I am 20 again, and my walking is no longer a problem. At first, it was tough, but I did exactly what she said, and I am better than ever. I have 100% mobility back in my leg and even running a little now. A big Thank you to Cathy.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about PT in Motion! Tenchy and Wende are always so welcoming when we arrive and always do what they can to help us with scheduling. They're so much fun to see each week! Christine was our OT therapist. Our son loved his time with Christine. The games and activities made it not even seem like work for him. He was sad he graduated so quickly! She's amazing! Govi is our PT therapist. She's helped our son master so many things he has struggled with in his daily life. She's patient, caring and fun! She makes him work hard but they have fun too. I wish we could go every day! I think he'll be graduating in a few months. We also worked with Diony, who is a great PT therapist too! I'll definitely miss the team when that happens and I'll always be grateful for each and every one there!

Fantastic experience: Alyssa has been going to PT in motion over 4 years. When she first started she worked with Mrs. Katherine for PT and we think she is absolutely amazing. Then, we switched over to Ms. Lindsey due to scheduling issues and she was wonderful and amazing as well. Now Alyssa is working Ms Jovi and we absolutely love her as well. Alyssa has also worked with several Occupational therapists like Ms. Nancy and Ms. Robin and they were both superb as well. Alyssa has improved tremendously in increasing her core strength and coordination and she has learned many skills that have helped her do things more independently. PT in Motion in Chula Vista is an awesome facility with awesome staff and I highly recommend them!! ☺️

No facility has ever been this great and believe me we have jumped around . Lerma front desk clerk is soooo amazing and kind . Never had an issue with scheduling or canceling she was on it. The therapist my daughter had Ashley,Jill and Lindsey were all soooooo great at their job and so caring and full of love. You can legitimately tell they care for their patients! I can not even express how many times I was in such a lost place with no answers and these ladies always helped by having an input or suggestion. They would actually follow up . There is not enough words to describe the amount of appreciation I have for this place!

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming here for just over a year to receive speech and physical therapy. His therapist have been great at implementing fun ways for my son to reach set goals, as well as communicating with his mother and myself with to let us know what we can continue doing at home to help reach his milestones. The improvement from when he started to where he’s at today has been amazing. I couldn’t recommend this clinic and staff enough!!

Fantastic experience: I came in PT in Motion with a lumbar stress fracture and when I came in my pain in my back was at an all time high, but a few months later my back has no pain at all. The environment there is so friendly and everyone there is so welcoming. 100 out of 10

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my 3 year old daughter for 4 months to see her specialist and there has been major improvement in her speech. I was concerned but the staff has been a big help in changing, motivating and shaping not only my daughters life as she prepares for school but ours as well. They are very welcoming, accommodating and kind. My son is 2 years old and is currently receiving PT with Ms. Govi and she is amazing! We have only been attending for a few weeks and we can already see so much improvement. Ms. Govi is so patient with our little one and is very quick to think of how to turn whatever toy he’s playing with into an activity to help address the skills he’s working on. I appreciate how personable she is and that she remembers so many details about our kiddo. My Pt Jana is so sweet helping me out with my stretches to relieve my tense muscles and ease my problem left hand. The PT aide so patient with me assisted me with those stretches. Fantastic experience: I went to PT in Motion for a herniated disc. My therapist, Jana, was so patient and kind. She was really great at giving me alternate exercises if I couldn't do a certain one. The girl at the front, Wendy, was so so nice. I accidentally showed up on the wrong day and she got me in. I definitely recommend PT in Motion.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about PT in Motion. The office staff welcomes you with a big smile. The office waiting room is clean. I started seeing Jana for a herniated disk/Sciatica. When I walked through the door I was hunched over and unable to stand up straight. My pain was a 10. Two weeks later my pain is down to a 3 and I'am able to stand up straight. Every session is challenging and I'm never bored. Jana takes the time to explain why she is having me do certain exercises. Thank you Jana for helping me get back to lifting.
