Fantastic experience: Have only had positive interaction with all that have helped me. Nickolas is great, informative, helpful, kind, and I have already seen some great results. I have been going to PT for many weeks now and can say without hesitation, this is a wonderful place to get the PT needed. I continue to see Nickolas, he is great. He works with my exercises for home to ensure best results. He is knowledgeable, honest with me, ant helps me to continually see improvement. The people that assist with the exercises are also a pleasure to work with. Have had to change several appointment times and with each change it has been very pleasant and easy. This is a great place with a terrific atmosphere geared to helping you get better and reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: Total knee replacement surgery got me to MOPT. It was not my first experience with physical therapy. Conversations with Joe eased my apprehensions and got me off to a constructive start on my rehab. It felt like a professional environment. Visits since the have been under the supervision of Vinnie, This has been challenging due to insomnia, a common feature of knee replacement. The staff has been supportive. Yesterday I received guidance from my primary care provider and got some actual sleep last night. I am looking forward to tackling PT while rested. It will be a new experience.

Fantastic experience: I started doing physical therapy at El Cajon Facility on July 3rd 2024. I greatly appreciate my physical therapist Mr. J. Tamang and his staff. J. Tamang provided me with great customer service that really helped my hands. Special thanks to him and his staff I wished he didn't transfer.

Fantastic experience: I love the friendly service of these people, they truly are kind and they care! Nice and clean, and you see EVERYONE working and helping eachother out. I wish I could remember everyone's name but I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Positive experience: Scheduling was easy and they worked with my scheduling needs. My therapist is kind, I can see some improvement in my range of motion in just 3 sessions. My only complaint is that they keep the office ridiculously cold at 7am. It's so cold it's uncomfortable.

I felt less pain within 2 weeks of care. Manual Orthopedics is a great place overall, all the staff are motivated and want to help whenever needed.

I recently had hand, wrist and elbow surgery, and I very happy to be back for the PT of my hand. Let's not forget the ladies at the front desk, they could not be Nicer... And they always have a bowl of candy at their desk so you can have a treat on the way out.

Fantastic experience: I have pain in my wrist and it is being specifically addressed during each session. They have different ways and equipment used in wrist exercises that are very effective. I feel the strength has come back on my wrist after attending a few sessions.

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit to MOPT for separate issues in 10 years. Each visit the staff was courtious and helpful. This new visit was nothing less than an excellent experience with the entire staff. They work to correct my ongoing back issues to ensure I'm capable of doing things without pain. Miguel, Michael and Daisy are an excellent physical therapist. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I just started my therapy and I am impressed with the therapists and assistants. I have had 2 sessions and they are very attentive and sensitive to my pain! I have left feeling so much better when I left then when I came! They are not pushing me to do tons of exercises that I am overwhelmed and in pain. They are slowly working me up as I asked so they really listened and heard me. I appreciate that. The massage last session was amazing!!! So far I would recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Tracy mainly. I can just say her hands talk to my body, understand where to push. I feel great after massage therapy with her not because of massage but also because of almost no pain in my body. The other people who work there including receptionist are nice, friendly, cooperative with different schedules.

Fantastic experience: Wow…. Love how knowledgeable they are. After evaluation Michael performed some stretches and taught me a movement I can do at home to help relieved some pain, he then explained how this stretches help even showed me the spine model and show how the nerve pinches in the sacrum area, he also addressed how migraine can be connected to my next pain. EJ was very pleasant, he made sure I’m comfortable with the coldness of the cold/ice compress and electric muscle stimulation. Overall very satisfied

Fantastic experience: 3rd Post: My next therapy session will be my last session and my happy day: my "graduation" from my long period therapy. I survived leg fracture, made almost full recovery. I am very happy. I feel very fortunate that I select Joe for my physical therapy, which make my leg recovered very fast and well. He is one of the best therapist I have every met. Beyond his therapy in facility, he also gives me the home self-care skill and tricks for my leg, my back-pain and belly muscle. his and his team have the great skills and best service. they are very kind, care and patient. Again, thanks very much for the therapy treatment, and thanks for everything! -------------------------------------------------------------- 2nd Post: I want to write review again for Joe. I am so glad that he is my PT. Actually, He is more than a PT. He is very knowledgable and has fantistic healing skills. I had femur fracture and become his patient. During my theraphy period, I often have some new syndroms in different place of my leg, knee or hips: pain or not moving well.... But I cannot tell, what cause the problem. When I told him these syndromes, he will use his special methods, to diagnose and pinpoint my problems, and then give me some special therapy treatment. Sometime, the problem went away just after one therapy! Not only healing, he also explain me in quite convince and easy understandable words about what is my problem and how should I avoid it. And not only Joe, his staff is also quite good. I am so glad that I select Joe as my therapist! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1st post: I am very glad that I select this PT clinic. Joe is very knowledgeable. In each PT session, they do for me the massage, physical manipulation, supervised exercise, electrical stimulation & compression, quite a lot treatment. I feel greatly improved after several sessions. I would like to recommend this to others.

Fantastic experience: Second time to have a referral to the Lane location. Both times have been worth the experience. Great staff and flexible, especially when I have to re-schedule appointments or come in late.

Fantastic experience: I continue to receive excellent personal care from Joe Taylor (owner) at the start of each session. To date I have been assisted and guided through the remainder of my sessions by six different P/T aides. Each and every one of them have been cordial, outgoing and upbeat. They have all put me at ease and have been encouraging during the more painful exercises.

Fantastic experience: The VA has referred me twice to Manual Orthopedic. I love it here. Everyone is nice and caring and just want to make sure I am set. They have also helped me understand that some of the issues I am having are not "normal". Their in house care and their takeaways/homework have all been helpful in getting me back to a healthier more mobile state and they take care not to hurt you while still pushing you to make sure you are healing.

I spoke to another person at the desk and was told I had missed my appointment. I explained my situation and was finally seen by someone.

Fantastic experience: Reiko is marvelous. In addition to being a top notch PT, she’s a witty and excellent conversationalist who makes the visit fun, energetic, and very helpful. My shoulder is 2000% better since she started working on it. I got lucky when the facility assigned her to my case. I thoroughly enjoy going in for my therapy.

Fantastic experience: Curtis is a hoot. If someone can make you smile amidst your pain. You know he’s good and caring. Very thorough, he pointed things out I never even thought of. He genuinely wants to get you going again as soon as possible. He’s amazing!
