Encore Rehabilitation-Orange Grove

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this place, very friendly yet professional staff from the minute you walk in the door and meet the ladies at the front office until you get in and your your physical therapy session with their very knowledgeable PTs and very experienced technicians. The physical therapist are very good , creative and resourceful. They are very generous with their time and talent but most importantly they are very pleasant people to work with, and for someone who is on pain and needs the help, their positivity and kindness means the world. My elderly mom was always excited for her session with them, specially Chip . My mom got in their facility on wheelchair due to her very week leg muscles, and left walking with a walker.... yes, they are that good !! Thanks again for everyone there, what you have given us is priceless...

Fantastic experience: I had an extremely positive experience when I went to Physical Therapy at Encore. I received more 1 on 1 time with medical professionals than I ever thought possible. The people who work there: Chip, Scott, Amanda, etc. are all fantastic. Even the folks at the front desk were attentive and helpful. They all knew me by name on my second visit. I went twice a week for several months. My shoulder is back to good, thanks in large part to the people who work at this branch of Encore. The next time I smash myself up while 4-wheelin, I'll be back here for sure.
