Gulfport Care Center

Fantastic experience: I was totally at ease upon entering the building the day my husband was transported to their respite care unit. The very friendly nurse came right up with a smile and answered every question so patiently. The CNAs were just as accommodating. Very professional I might add. I also saw how the staff was interacting with the other patients and I was so pleased to witness how patient and kind they were. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!

Fantastic experience: Came to visit my mom today. She had to be taken to the ER for medical reasons, but the doctors and nurses and everyone were amazing.. got her taken care of right away. I'm so happy we chose Gulfport Care Center.

Fantastic experience: Gulfport Care has been a wonderful experience for my mom and my family. We were able to sleep at night worry free, because we knew mom was taken care of. The nurses are thorough and knowledgeable as well as the facilities CNA's. Gulfport Care Center is definitely a gulfcoast gem.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to place my mom in Gulfport care center for rehab . The doctor said it was the best thing to do at this time . While I was very much uneasy and unsure about this cause my mother is a very private and proud lady I knew that it was the best thing to do for my 88 year old mom. Upon arrival I was still very uneasy about the whole deal then I met the this lady upon admission Mrs Lena she was very professional and knowledgeable about her job and the center she helped me to relax and ensured me that everything would be ok. She also helped me with Medicare issues I had no idea how to approach or get done. She helped me get my mom on the correct Medicare insurance cause what mom was on with cinga wasn’t very good at all . She also helped me get mom enrolled in silver savings for her meds plus more she did o just can’t list it all or say enough about how much she helped me and put my mind at ease . She is truly a blessing to her profession and this care center. I still have uneasy feeling about having to put mom in this or any place and leave her there but thanks to Miss Lena I do feel a lot better about it. Hopefully mom will get built back up physically and mentally like the doctor said she would . I truly believe that I placed her in the right place with the right atmosphere if the rest of the staff are as knowledgeable and professional as Mrs Lena .
