Fantastic experience: Son’s Pediatrician is great, other healthcare providers have been courteous and so far no issue being scheduled.

Fantastic experience: The front desk is hit or miss but mostly they’re friendly and have even given my children masks for visits (they do not provide for adults at all, it’s always been that way). Sometimes they’re clearly overwhelmed with checking off their boxes if you get what I mean, but they’re human just like everyone else. My family sees Dr Graves and while we did have a semi negative first interaction, I do feel confident and comfortable seeing her and bringing my children to her. This is coming from someone with her fair share of trauma inflicted by military medical providers. I’ve seen some really, really bad people in this field. She’s not one of them. She’s confident in her advice and it hasn’t led us astray yet with common ailments/childhood issues. I’m not sure I would go to her for more complicated issues like some other reviews complain against her about, but special problems require a specialist visit. Graves is a general care provider your family needs for your ear drops and antibiotics.
