Adult Day Services Center is owned and operated by four physical therapists who together have over 70 years of experience in the Health Care Industry.

A family support group generally meets once a month in At Home Adult Day Care Center. All family members and friends of our clients are encouraged to attend.

Offers peace on mind to our seniors and their loved ones by allowing the senior to remain in the comfort of their own homes. We provide supportive non-medical services to seniors’, disabled, and those recovering from a hospital stay. Some of our supportive services include bathing, grooming, and assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping and errands.

Customizes programs to meet the individual needs of each Seniors’ capability such as; rehabilitative services which provide restorative care. We encourage and assist with exercises for stimulation of body and mind, socialization for mind and spirit and nutritional meals for the health of our seniors that meet the requirements of federal and state guidelines. Our Nursing (RN) supervision along with the LPN oversees health needs by providing medication monitoring and administration. Social services assist in the plan of care with our nurse for each client.
