Fantastic experience: Staff is super friendly , professional and knowledgeable. Life changing experience, I keep improving with each visit.

Negative experience: The front person making an appt is sonrude and never smile i was reminding her my appt thisnfriday and she said i dont have any instead sat but that sat was replacement on nextweek thursday sobthey cancell my appt friday and now i have only onebtheraphy by jext week and i really needt for my surgery of total knee and when im taking to her asking the sched she answer the phone and talk in that lune withouth gesitate telling me to wait she ignore me and i was so mad its my first visit and this what i got just ignore apt infront of you is a rude personality i been in theraphy in 5 yeears everry year doing theraphy and this is the only time i encou ter no greeti gs no smileand no reminding they already move from sweetwater to nc what kinf of personel do you have its esp all pt are disable very sensitive feelings to ignore need to do some actio. Aboit this thank you illl check if i cam make another appt to somewhere else where they have a good personality

Negative experience: This place is a scam. Bad individual care, the person you are working with is also helping 5 individuals at the same time checking in with you every so often to give you a new exercise. I was also told my appointment was not scheduled for the time i showed up at but an hour later, so i left only to come back and be told that i did have the correct time to begin with.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say everyone here is amazing. Everyone is positive, enthusiastic, kind, patient and helpful. I was nervous coming here but I did feel the difference with every session. I liked that all the therapists and front desk ladies get along with each other and patients. The environment is fun. A special thanks to the therapists who worked with me, Max, Julio, Katie and Carlos. Thank you for being patient, for encouraging me and making me stronger! Also thanks spine and sport for my bday text, I truly appreciated that!!

Solo que NO deseo que a mis conocidos que yo recomiende tengan una mala experiencia con la Recepcionista que habla muy bien español , no tengo el gusto de conocerla pero recibí una llamada de esa persona que NO me agradó NADA NADA ❌

Fantastic experience: Doesn't get much better than this! The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly. The PT I've been seeing, Max, is amazing. He is great at listening to how your body is feeling and instructing in an effective and caring way. Hope everyone that needs physical therapy gets an experience like this!

Fantastic experience: I have been to several Physical Therapy Offices, and I find that Spine and Sport had help me a lot. I came in with lots of pain in back, now my pain has decrease. The staff, have GREAT PEOPLE SKILLS and professional when working with you. They give you their undivided attention, the whole time you are doing your workouts. I find this Office on Sweetwater Rd to be a pleasant place to do your Physical Therapy. I give 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Huy Diep is one of the best PT out there! He’s been helping me to get back from my ACL reconstruction and after 10 months I feel almost ready! He’s super friendly and chill, doesn’t make PT a hell of exercise but makes it fun instead! Liked this place with wonderful people!

Fantastic experience: My rheumatologist sent me here for my shoulder problems. They have a really great staff and cared about me, getting me well and out living life again. From the front desk to the therapist all have been really helpful. If you need PT I recommend Spine & Sport.
