Positive experience: The only place besides an expo where you can get fresh pinkie rats and mice. Worthy of support

Positive experience: They recently remodeled the place and added new equipment. Plenty of racks and radial weights to do bench press, squats, deadlifts. Plenty of free weights as well. Place my seem small, but it has plenty of equipment. The only thing I wish they would improve on is the hours. They are very limited on open hours. Not worth it for someone who works a typical 8-5 job since they open at 7am and close at 7pm.

Fantastic experience: This gym is an amazing place to work out. The most amazing staff and the most friendly of faces. A great place for beginners who's there first time working and a staff to assist with any questions. PNW Fitness Center offers classes for Silver Sneaker Members. As well as Zumba and a fantastic Abs & Core class that will sure get you to sweat.
