Fantastic experience: Extremely competent and caring staff. From the kitchen staff to nurses this is the best group you could work with. The residents are a joy to be around everyday!

Fantastic experience: I have been a resident here since September of 2022 and have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The CNA'S and nurses on East wing treat me with dignity and respect and go out of their way to make me feel like a human being and not just a job and for that I am truly grateful. I'm very blessed to have called this my temporary home.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this excellent nursing facility! Staff is professional and caring, and works hard to return phone calls and follow-up on requests. I called to request some sherbet for my dad who had no appetite for dinner and wanted some of their sherbet instead. Nurse Amanda quickly placed the request with the kitchen before it closed and gave me a call 11 minutes later to let me know my dad’s request got accommodated. I was planning to call my dad later to see if he got the sherbet, and was pleasantly surprised by Nurse Amanda’s follow-up call. That is customer service that goes above and beyond the call of duty. My mom and dad were both highly dissatisfied with a prior nursing home, and we were able to get my dad transferred to Hanford Post Acute 5 days ago. The staff’s care and treatment of both my dad (patient) and mom (frequent visitor) have been so much better than the prior nursing facility, and my mom has finally been able to rest easy knowing that Hanford Post Acute is taking good care of my dad. THANK YOU to the hard working, kind, and caring staff, especially those working in the East Wing! ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: My grandparents spent several weeks in rehab to receive therapy and recover and were accommodated with a shared room. I appreciated this very much as having visitors was limited because of COVID precautions. The staff was very friendly and kept me up to date via phone and text on their progress. It was very comforting to know that Brandy and Nanci were checking in on them daily and making sure they had all that they needed while staying there. My grandfather celebrated his birthday while he was there and they celebrated with a cake and a balloon. I appreciated that they made him feel special on his special day. I was able to meet with the physical therapy staff and they provided me updates on progress when I requested. I would recommend Hanford Post Acute as a facility for any of my family or friends.

Positive experience: Woow amazing all the good reviews on this place, i don't share their opinions, to me its a mediocre place to take your loves ones, my uncle was brought in here for therapy. Not really happy for him to be here but thats out of my hands, the few hours that i spend in this place visiting you can hear the patients asking for help and they are just ignore, the smell omg bad, some rooms have 4 patients and there is no restrooms in some of this rooms, my uncle went 3 days without getting shaved, in his room there is a restroom but no shower, over all not happy about this place to me it seems there are to many patients and not enough workers.
