Fantastic experience: Excelente servicio muy atentos la recepción y los terapistas muy profesionales

Negative experience: My experience at the Spine and Sport Imperial Beach facility was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the two (male and female) receptionist's unprofessional behavior. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were rude and condescending, speaking to me in a dismissive tone as if I were a burden. They showed no interest in answering my questions or providing clear instructions, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a patient. On several occasions, the receptionist interrupted me and even rolled their eyes when I tried to explain my concerns. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients should feel cared for and supported. The lack of professionalism from the front desk staff made the entire experience frustrating, and it reflected poorly on the facility as a whole. I expect much better from a medical office, and unfortunately, this visit fell far below basic standards of customer service. I do not recommend this location to anyone who values respect and professionalism in their healthcare experience.

Fantastic experience: Love this place!! Everyone is always so nice. Will always return to any of the off ices, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so there will be many visits in my future.

Fantastic experience: Very nice vibe that has a real family environment. Facility is clean and relaxing Shout out to my therapist Oliksa and Kyle who puts so much care to my session. Highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and therapists! Top notch! I am currently working with Daniela and couldn’t be happier. She absolutely knows what she is doing, and she works me hard because that’s what I want. I feel grateful to have found this therapist and this facility! ☺️

Fantastic experience: I loved this place , I would liked to give my personal opinion ,everyone is super friendly and respectful. My therapist SHEILA ROSALES has been so nice and helpful to me she helps me with my therapy and listens to all of my questions and needs she does cares about me and getting better ,definitely grateful to her for being there for everything I need .

Negative experience: The person who gives the therapy is not ready to receive you for the time of your appointment, when you arrive he tells you to let me see if the bed or space where they are going to give you your therapy is available (it is supposed that they already have you in their schedule) and for that they leave you waiting more than 10min and of which are 45 of therapy.. and if you arrive that 5 to 10 min late they return you and cancel you being that they can also give you the remaining time nothing more !! And the therapist is not even friendly to go out and tell you, she just tells you to come back another day

Negative experience: Canceled on me twice already and when I was there literally ON TIME!!! They said they couldn't see me because I "am supposed" to show up 15 mins early to fill out paperwork horrible place to go they should show better care for their patients they know we are there because we need it and could care less will definitely never be back there!!

Positive experience: Sí el lugar esta limpio Sí,los terapeutas son amables... Pero ,creo que no hay suficientes terapeutas para tantos pacientes,cuando yo e asistido ...practicamente me dejan sola sin supervisar si hago cotrectamente mis movimientos para mi terapia Me han atendido 4 terapeutas y dos de ellos han estado conmigo y con otros pacientes al mismo tiempo... Así que comprè el equipo que uso en ese lugar y aquí en casa hago mi terapia.

Fantastic experience: Recomiendo 100% el lugar, los terapistas son muy amables, la secretaria igualmente es muy amable. El lugar muy limpio.

Fantastic experience: My occupational therapist Cesar Flores is always on his A game, treating patients with respect and knowledge of his duties. Always trying to keep up with new inventions to better his techniques at his job. I had an awesome time at this place, recommend him for future patients!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very professional, knowledgeable & respectful. They helped me throughout my sessions and my shoulder is doing alot better. Going g back for my back now. I highly recommend Spine & Sport Physical therapy. ❤

Fantastic experience: I have done OT with Cesar Flores. He is a great therapist, he's very patient & he definitely knows what he's doing. 5 stars!!! Thank you for working with me with my thumb injury. I highly recommend this place.
