Fantastic experience: I was initially booked at the wrong office for LGH Outpatient Rehab. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Everyone in the LGH OR YMCA Andover/North Andover office is so nice and professional. No attitude and no ego. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Zack was great to work with. Good balance between push more and don’t over due. Excellent verbal explanations and actual demonstrations. Obviously prepared my workout before I arrived. Provided a full 30 mins of effective activities. I will continue to recommend the YMCA location to friends and family. Marty Belscher

Fantastic experience: Brycen & Zack are awesome! I started going to PT with Brycen in Lawrence, and when I heard he was going to transfer to the Y I didn’t even have to think about if I was going to keep going to him to continue my PT. He makes it fun instead of to strict. He encourages you to keep advancing but understands if you have bad days.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and very professional staff members (both front desk and physical therapists). Listened patiently and provided answers to any questions I had. Great close parking accessibility and availability compared to the other three locations. Very clean facility.

Fantastic experience: Most amazing staff ever! From the second you walk in to the moment you leave the front desk staff to the therapist themselves are so warm and welcoming. They get you through your physically therapy with ease, no stress no worry. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you :-)
