Fantastic experience: Once again Kim has out done herself with getting a project in repairs done that would have taken many months with any other company. Kim & Eric did in days. Many people don’t think about it, but when our wheelchairs go down it is truly taking the legs that we depend on right out from under us. I haven’t dealt with a company as good as REQ, ever… We are truly blessed to have REQ and it’s wonderful technicians there for us. We just love you guys. Fantastic experience: I called REQ to get a couple of solid tires for my mobility scooter because I was tired of always putting air in tires. I talk to Renee and Catherine they were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any medical equipment. They were Great. Walter.

Fantastic experience: This was by far our fastest and easiest wheelchair purchase. Kim listened to all our thoughts and concerns and was able to integrate these ideas into the new chair. Kim took the time to get to know my daughter and make sure she was included in the decision among process. She understood that getting a new chair is a long term process, and not something you can just deliver and forget. This was our first time in our 27 years of equipment needs that the product delivered truly met my daughters needs.

Fantastic experience: I have really been stressed about my wifes need for a chair. The one we had the tire broke and I wasn't going to be able to get it fixed before her Dr appointment today! I called Renee and Erin in Haverhill in a panic and they were amazing. I was able to get there quickly and Steve took excellent care of me and got me home with time to spare to get my wife to her appointment! I haven't been treated this well in a long time and can not wait to do more business with them and tell everyone I know. From the bottom of my heart thank you!
