Thank you for making my neck feel soooo much better. As always, I will continue to recommend Star PT to anyone I know who is in need of excellent customer service and patient support.

Fantastic experience: STAR physical therapy has been a great experience for me. Everyone one is very friendly from the front desk to the therapists. I especially appreciate that everyone can put up with my warped sense of humor! I was encouraged to work hard but never felt like I was pushed too hard. I am very happy with the results as I can walk again without knee pain.

I felt comfortable enough to approach any therapist and have a conversation if i wanted. My therapist was very sweet, knowledgeable, and i love that he remembered my name and said it right! The little things like that matter!

Fantastic experience: I think I had a great experience at STAR . The therapist that I was assigned to were awesome. They explained to me about what and why they would have me do a certain procedure. They would stay right there with me. They would greet me with a hello and smile which made me feel at ease when you are in pain. This was very important to me. They made sure that I was doing my activities properly. They kept me scheduled properly. I think they were the best . After my surgery, I was sent to a different PT location. I wish I had been able to request to return back to STAR. I WOULD HAVE.

Fantastic experience: The Star Physical Therapy has the best medical recovery operations available in the Clarksville area. I enjoyed having a reason and purpose to join other participants recovering from surgery. I lost 15 pounds and I give all the credit to Star Physical Therapy. The physical therapists, Mr. Phil, Mrs. Amanda, and Ms. Jalisa are very professionals who provides the best assistance. I now after completing physical therapy has a solid foundation to continue physical therapy at home and in the gym at Fort Campbell. I sincerely thank the Star Physical Therapy for attention to detail and caring about people.

Fantastic experience: Everybody at star physical therapy was fantastic. I mostly worked with Levi, but was happy with everybody. I got the privilege to work with. They listen to my concerns and dealt with areas that I was struggling with. I would go back again if I ever needed to.

I looked forward to going to each of my appointments. I went in for knee therapy and the medical team was right on top of it. They knew how to target the pain and exactly how to relieve it. Positive experience: I did really enjoy going here BUT now there is a policy to disenroll you if you reschedule too many appointments. Plus appts can be really hard to schedule as they are so booked up!

Feel like a patient with their therapists who are very supportive, patient and understanding. Levi is always in a positive mood which is contagious, I always leave feeling positive.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent care at STAR Physical Therapy. The staff is knowledgable and caring. The atmosphere is the office is light-hearted and that makes uncomfortable therapy easier to take. My husband was treated here a few years ago for a shoulder injury and I was treated for recovery from wrist surgery. I am very happy with my progress and recommend STAR Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I began rehab here for TKR. Although I had 5 different therapist, all were great. Levi, Dustin and Andrew were the main ones I saw and were awesome in taking care of my needs and getting me back on my feet. Would recommend for any therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: The therapist are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I have been treated here twice and has great recoveries. They pay attention to the individual and plan accordingly to your personal goals. I will only use this facility when possible in the future. The manager is detailed and personable. There is always laughter. If you work with Andrew, Jay (Nick name), Levi or Amanda you’re in good hands.

Fantastic experience: The team at STAR Physical Therapy are a good team to work with. Myself and my wife have been treated there following our surgeries and have had full recovery without any issues or complications. We followed their instructions and continue our treatments a home to strengthen the areas we had our surgeries. To the staff thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: They work together and respect each individual and their needs. The therapists really care about improving quality of life. I have been to two different Clarksville locations for two different surgeries and found both to be efficient and caring.

Levi has really taught me how important it is to listen to my body when it says to take it easy instead of just pushing through in hopes that it's making me stronger.. I came in with low expectations bc I felt like surgery was the only "fix" but I must say that I can already tell a difference and I am very grateful that I didn't give up on them & just settle for surgery!! Shout out to Sabrina as well! Her & Levi have been amazing through this whole experience

Fantastic experience: I went to Star for my physical therapy, the first I have ever had. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Levi is great. He evaluated my situation and determined what would help me. He explains everything to me and why he has me do certain exercises. I am already so much better and I am so thankful for that. I highly recommend Star Physical Therapy.

Starting when I first walked in, I was worried about the cost of treatment but they really set my mind at ease and worked with me on low payments. The actual physical therapist was great too and really made feel comfortable. He joked around to break the ice and really put my mind at ease. THANKS!

Fantastic experience: It has only been a week of therapy with Phil and Tavis. They have been excellent. They always make sure that nothing is being done to cause pain and allow me to work at a pace that is comfortable for me and my ability and range of motion. I hate the situation that ended me up in therapy but wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: From my initial evaluation, I felt as if all of my questions and concerns have been addressed. The front desk receptionist Caryn is always pleasant and greets me upon arrival every time. Chelsea my PT is slowly but surely going to get me back to my pre PT stage, I have no doubt. As I have heard from others in my family that have had PT, the level of attention to detail and not just leaving you to essentially do your own program is NOT the case @ STAR ⭐️. Thus, the name! Keep up the great work!!!!
