Fantastic experience: Ariel is experienced with the practice and science. She worked on my shoulder and back, alleviated pain and restored mobility. She also assessed other movement limitations I had and provided a stretch regimen to improve and preserve my mobility onward. No hesitation to recommend her to a friends and family.

I look forward to my visits because I know they will make me ultimately feel better, and she will send me home with exercises and knowledge to help with continued improvement. She has a well rounded knowledge of not only the intricacies of the muscles and bones, but also how to make the body work better as a whole. If I could give more stars i would.

Fantastic experience: Ariel was amazing! She really helped with the aches and pains I was feeling from training. She creates a welcoming environment and shares her knowledge of the physio body. The pain from my soleus, which I had for months, was gone after getting work done from her. I had tried everything and anything before being helped by Ariel and nothing had worked. I highly recommend her!

So she completely understands the injuries and pains we endure daily, as a result of our active lives.
