Arrowhead Orthopaedics Hemet

Positive experience: Receptionists are nice and professional. Staff are nice enough, though unorganized. When you have an appointment to review results, you would think they would look into getting results before said appointment...? Dr's and PA's are nice also, some just don't do their job very well. Haven't followed through with physical therapy, didn't leave notes for my chart, or follow up with the person in charge of paperwork needed. No problem trying to schedule appointment after appointment, so I get bill after bill....to clear up what should have been taken care of the day of my appointment? There are probably better options out there, unfortunately they are very close and convenient...until they're not. Which may be sooner than later

Fantastic experience: Words can’t describe how amazing and wonderful the entire team at Arrowhead Orthopedics are with my mother. Very professional and caring her Physician Matthew Anderson listens to our concerns and gives her the care she needs to ease her pain and recommends the right treatment making me feel peace of mind. I would recommend this place 100%. Happy Patient

Fantastic experience: No problems..appointments rescheduling etc is stress free ...nice office ..chill vibe.. very nice help..doctor was friendly and easy to talk to. Everytime I leave there I feel confident I am up to date on my plan to recovery. Which is a good feeling. Not to mention everyone in the office has a great smile that is nice from the time you get and till you say good bye.
