Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough amazing things about the lactation consulting services offered here! I worked with Alison, Hannah and Courtney and they were all SO kind and knowledgeable. They spent 90 minutes with my daughter and I at our first appointment and really dived in. I learned so much at each of our sessions. I would call my partner immediately upon leaving - so excited to share all the fascinating insights. It only took two consultations and my issues were resolved. I was in a really rough place with breastfeeding about 2 weeks postpartum and they were so helpful in making my journey successful. Very grateful I found them! At 6 weeks postpartum now, we are rocking and rolling with no issues. If you need help with breastfeeding, this is your place! Will be recommending to everyone I know.

Positive experience: This is our overall experience with ATS. My son goes for feeding therapy. He has made some incredible improvements in the past year and I’m very thankful to Ms. Hannah and Ms. Angela. Now, the billing department is atrocious. We have had multiple instances where our payment has “gotten lost.” I cannot believe in this age of online technology they do not have a patient portal for reviewing documents or billing. This in itself almost makes us want to stop coming. ATS should be very thankful to the ladies above!!!

Negative experience: My child has been on the waiting list since 2020. A new referral was sent now it’s a year wait .

Fantastic experience: My son began seeing therapists at Advanced Therapy Solutions in the fall of 2014 after being diagnosed with speech and motor skills delays. This therapists were absolutely amazing with him, and he learned so much in his time there! We love ATS!

Fantastic experience: I would tell people that the staff at Advanced Therapy Solutions is kind and have a knack with children that I've never seen before. They are creative and hard working and will adjust their techniques to fit the child. I hope I never need their services again but if I did they would be the first place I would go!

Fantastic experience: ATS has been able to help my daughter so much. When she started, she could not jump, talk, eat new foods or hold a crayon correctly to color. Now, our problem is having her be quiet! She talks exponentially better, ATS was able to work with her on so many facets of her life. We are so pleased with her progress and would recommend the therapists at ATS without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: These folks are amazing. After a really bad experience at another therapy place, I was very nervous about starting over somewhere new. I needn't have been. From the first moment, I knew we were in good hands. My son got exactly what he needed. The therapists are wonderful, the front office staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is great. I would tell everyone who needs a therapist for their child to go here. You will not be disappointed. ETA: I have now had two children go through ATS, one for OT and one for speech. Both departments have been absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Fantastic experience: Megan is awesome! She has been Oliver's speech therapist for awhile now, and she has helped him improve greatly everyday! Always flexible with his appointments and giving helping tasks to do at home. We love ats!

Fantastic experience: Our son was referred to the infant feeding team due to his inability to latch correctly. After about 3 months of therapy with Caitlyn and Haley, our son has made significant improvements in latching correctly and feeding for longer periods of time. We are truly blessed to have had the assistance from the infant feeding team. We highly recommend ATS. The staff has always been super friendly and you can tell they love working with children.

Fantastic experience: Alison and Courtney have helped me so much as a first time mom. Occupational therapy and lactation consulting has helped my little girl as well as myself feel more confident and continue to develop appropriately. I would recommend ATS to both new and seasoned parents!

Fantastic experience: Each time I go to this office it’s a great experience from beginning to end. The staff make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Allison and Courtney have been exceptional in helping me with my breast feeding journey, along with being a tremendous help with the overall well-being of my baby. They really look at big picture and have given us tools that will make a long-term impact. As a first time mom I could not recommend this place more if you are needing some guidance and support with your little one. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: My son and I are taking part in some lactation services. My therapist Liz is very sweet, understanding and my visits are always pleasant. My labor was horrendous and didn't get to bond with my baby until I was out of critical care towers and if the ventilator. However having some one like Liz has made it easier. My son also had a tounge, lip tie which made breastfeeding harder. But it's improving. They have the option to check in via iPad and I'm normally called back early. This place is a child's dream, bright colors and a place for learning, rehabilitation. I am thankful that I was referred for some of the issues breastfeeding presents but Liz makes it simple.

Fantastic experience: Allison and Courtney were two of the most integral individuals involved in my transition to motherhood. Not only did they offer wonderful and useful advice that had visible, and almost instant results, but they backed up all of their teachings with empirical data and scientific terminology. I looked forward to my appointments with them like I would look forward to meeting up with a friend. My daughter and I really enjoyed the calm and safe environment they provided for us. We were able to navigate the complexities of breastfeeding and also elements of the newborn stage that I did not even know existed! We got to experience tummy time exercises together and in a matter of days after I left I noticed Such a difference in my baby and myself. I grew my confidence and my knowledge at Advanced Therapy Solutions and I would Recommend Allison and Cortney to everyone I know!!

Fantastic experience: My lactation consultant recommended I request a referral for infant feeding therapy at ATS after struggling with breastfeeding my son. After a tongue tie revision at 3ish months, we continued to have some issues with latch. Working with Courtney and Alison was amazing! They were attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The body work exercises they prescribed help improve our breastfeeding relationship (we’re still going at almost 10 months with no more clogged ducts or bloody nips). They also helped me guide my baby to rolling over, sitting up, and building independence. Our last session was spent in their fully stocked kitchen introducing solids, which I was so nervous about but felt better with the help of a professional. Would leave 1,000 stars if I could. Very positive experience. My son was born in the 90% and dropped under 20 before his revision and therapy work. He is now back at 90% for weight. Very healthy and happy. Thank you so much, Courtney and Alison!

Fantastic experience: With my second baby, breastfeeding was much more difficult. My baby had difficulty latching, had colic symptoms, and was generally unhappy while breastfeeding. My doctor referred me to infant feeding at ATS. I had the pleasure of working with Alison and Courtney with both occupational and speech therapy. We worked on his overall strength/endurance, oral motor strengthening, and they helped support me with the process after a tongue tie revision. Would highly recommend these ladies! My baby boy is doing so well breastfeeding now.

I love how with their education and training that my child is improving. They have taught me so much about my child’s condition, and how to make things easier on her for later on down the line, and that’s why I love them so much. They are so amazing with my child, and I love the fact that I can trust them. They complement my child as she’s progressing and that matters a lot to me how genuine and sweet the ladies at this facility are thank you all for everything we highly appreciate it. Fantastic experience: Mrs. Allison Jones is the most thorough and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist that I have been so fortunate to see work in live-time. Not only does she make each and every one of our students that she works with feel capable of growth, with her expertise, the students KNOW that they are destined for only the best after continuous, diligent sessions with their favorite, "Mrs. Allison". Often times, the students that work with her spend their week asking if they can see this sweet woman more times a week than they get to, and I can attest because as much as she is hardworking, she is such a blessing to have as she is a source of solace for numerous people throughout our school; faculty and students alike. It makes me feel awesome to know that ATS has such skilled faculty and professionals who go above and beyond. We love you so much Allison and we are so very lucky to have you. Phenomenal Woman, that's you!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter has been going to ATS For about 10 months now and we love it and all their staff. Her 6 therapist are so amazing, kind, and understanding! We have seen major improvements with our daughter and it’s such a blessing she asks to go to “Lindley’s house” (aka ATS) pretty much everyday! ❤️ Thank you so much ATS for all you do!

Fantastic experience: My oldest started speech therapy when he was almost 3, and he is 7 now. When he first started, we were at the main building on Professional Park. Then, when one of his teachers moved to the Tiny Town location, we moved to that one with her. The staff at the Tiny Town location are all amazing. I have no negative comments on them. Except for having a hard time finding therapists for counseling.

Fantastic experience: The therapists and staff have been amazing with my son. And the staff worked with us on schedules and billing too.

Positive experience: This place has a much better GYM for OT than MTW but if you're wanting to get your child in for an after school appointments it's not going to happen. They're booked solid. So now my child needs to be seen twice a week but I have to call every day to see if someone has canceled. If you guys are that full don't take in referrals. But don't bother going to MTW for OT because all of those therapists came here. So you can't get an appointment over there either. Long story short Clarksville needs another Child development Center.

Negative experience: Put us on a year long waiting list in which they never called us back and had been well over a year so I called a couple different times to be told they would call me back and today I called again for them to tell me they don't accept our insurance. So thanks so much for wasting our time.

Fantastic experience: The team is incredible! The staff is welcoming and extremely professional. My son love all the therapists. I have seen a tremendous transformation in my son. I definitely recommend ATS to other families!

Fantastic experience: We have a buffet of therapies & have been coming here for years! We love advanced therapy solutions! Each therapist & therapy has helped both my kids, especially my youngest! He's made so many improvements, where I didn't think he'd make any. Looking back from where we started & looking at him now, I'm amazed!

Fantastic experience: Allison is the best one there... I'm not sure if my son connects better with her, because our name is the same, but I do know that his other therapist is also good, but not as good Allison she's overly amazing

Negative experience: Terrible patient relationships. As stated before, untrained staff. Very young and ignorant. No wheel chair access for a therapy clinic? Also known to make false reports to dcfs without even speaking to the parents. Therapists hardly at work, wouldn't even get a call to cancel. I would show up and be sitting waiting and nobody came for my child. Staff needs to be retrained in proper reporting if they're going to make false reports also. Don't waste time and money here, go to more than words. Hope they close down soon. ‍♀️i came back to edit theyve paid to have the bad reviews hidden or removed

Fantastic experience: We have gone to ATS for a year and a half, and it is a great place to receive therapy. My children have received Speech therapy, Occupational therapy, and feeding therapy here and they love their therapists. I love that everyone is very professional and the therapists truly care about their patients. When the boys are having a rough week, they take the time to give us strategies to try at home. When the boys are having a good week, they are just as excited as we are! The therapists truly go out of their way to be on my boys' 'team'. The front staff is sweet and helpful, and the owners Susan and Gloria handle any issues with professionalism. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can not rave about advanced therapy solutions enough! When my son started there he only said 2 words, but when we left his speech had improved tremendously! Wheb we found out we had to relocate (husband job) I was so upset, however they were great they gave me all his records spend time on the phone with our new speech therapist explaining everything that my son worked on and how! The people that work there are just amazing!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My son has shown incredible strides s nice he started here. It's amazing to finally see him talking. Allison is our absolute favorite speech therapist and he responds so well to her. She really knows what she is doing. Callie is another we love and my son works well for her. We tried more than words and he screamed the entire sessions there. They wouldn't let me go with him but here ats is understanding of his fear of being away from me. So I go with him and he works great plus I learn how to help him at home.

Fantastic experience: I love all the wonderful ladies they are all so kind and they seem like they really care. I have two children that go there and both of them love going.

Negative experience: Don't take your kids there if they get a scratch they call DCS they cause more issues them there worth find a real place to take your kids.
