Fantastic experience: Didn't really think it would help, but after 8 weeks of therapy I feel amazing. Kudos to the doc and his staff.

Fantastic experience: I started coming after a friend had success with her back pain. I’ve done a complete care plan and although I ended up with some complicated issues, I will come back here if any future issues. The staff is great, they really care for their patients. The facility is also great. Compared to many other places I tried, this one is top notch. I love that they work with insurance and also have good pricing for those without insurance coverage. I would and will recommend this place to any and everyone!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars all around. The front desk staff is very friendly, and accommodating and go the extra mile to help patients in any way they can. They answer all questions and even help me get my twins in the building and that's much appreciated as well because they don't have to. The staff in general is very friendly they help me get the twins out to the car after the appointment and make sure nothing else is needed. The care received here also is top notch. My son goes to PT 2x a week elsewhwrex but his PT suggest chiropractic care because his back has been tight for a long while even with PT and at home exercises and since going here he's been more mobile and trying to stand up more and taking more steps and he was doing none of that before, and as of today he is walking! It was the missing puzzle piece. So glad we are going here! But separate from that, the staff treats like you a friend, even the Dr. Dr. Tyler is very attentive and really listens and hears you out and answers any question you may have and goes the extra mile.10/10 recommended! Even the x ray staff, and the worker that assesses what is going on at your first appt is very attentive, friendly, and thorough. Good experience the whole way! It's a no brainer why they are on the Clarksville's best list!

Negative experience: I had to take time off work to get an apt here. Which is not convenient at all but I did it in hopes this place could help me. When I scheduled my apt I was told it would be an hour visit, I would have an exam, xrays and talk with the Dr we would set up a treatment plan together. When I arrived (10 mins early) I was forced to take a picture, I expressed appreciation about the photo, only to be ignored and was made to feel I had to take this photo today or else. I was also forced to pay first like a fast food joint, and the reason this matters is, I was ready to walk out after waiting 20 mins, (in which I was told to be 15mins early, I was 10, for no apparent reason) so I was made to wait 35 minutes total ( this is rude and unprofessional) to then only to be, what felt, rushed through my exam with the P.A. then put in another room to wait 10-15 minutes longer to be again what felt rushed through the actual Dr visit, whom asked I reschedule for us to make my actual treatment plan. This is poor time management and they need to do better! The P.A. was nice and seemed knowledgeable, with what seemed to be a genuine care to help. The xray tech was friendly and knowledgeable, the Dr. was also friendly. The staff I encountered all also friendly outside of ignoring my obvious irritation about taking my photo. Im sorry, I'm not photo ready/willing 24/7, a heads up when making the apt would've been nice. And could this not have been done IF & when I returned for a second visit? What if I never return, why is it so important to have a picture of me on file in that case? I will give this place another chance and we'll see

Fantastic experience: My physical therapist Miss Denise was awesome from the moment we met I enjoyed her company her her expert experience and therapy is well beyond any that I've ever had before very in tune with what I was going through would recommend Riverside spine to anybody for any physical therapy that you need done.

Fantastic experience: Riverside Spine &Physical Medicine has been my one-stop shop for my back pain. The massage therapists are wonderful, listen to me when I describe my pain levels and work on my back accordingly. Dr. Allen was able to pinpoint the cause of my pain on my first visit and recommended chiropractic and physical therapy to help heal and strengthen muscles. The physical therapy was very helpful in strengthening my core. And the therapist assistant provided me with helpful information so that even after my treatments were complete, i left knowing excercises to continue using on my own which have helped with maintaining my progress. I would definitely recommend (and have) Riverside Spine & Physical Medicine to everyone. I can't say enough about how friendly the entire staff is- both in the massage and Chiropractic offices.

I didn't sign up because I don't have $1400.00. I know you can't put a price on health. There was no pressure. They were very encouraging and I would definitely recommend them if you need help. They said they refunded my $50.00 I haven't checked but I'm sure they did.

Fantastic experience: I felt extremely comfortable with the folks here at Riverside Spine at the Wellness building! Thats something I struggle with normally! The information given was complete, easy to understand, and given in such a way that I didn't feel upset about the reason I was there. Which if I am honest is because I need help losing weight. Now, I don't know about everyone else, but that's a rough subject normally. So being able to say that I felt like I was in a safe zone to speak freely, ask questions, and know that I would receive great and helpful answers was a wonderful example of the staff as well as the customer experience! If you need some help, this is the place to go... be sure to work with Mr. Erik as he was awesome to work with.

Even though one of my favorite people, Dawn, did leave (I want hold it against her). Overall great place for your spine, medicine and therapy needs.

Negative experience: Riverside’s Office Manager Cynthia Chester is one of the most unprofessional, and rude employees I have ever come across. Not only did she tell me I was a “nobody” but she refused to have any type of conversation with me. I believe she is homophobic as we were told we weren’t allowed back at their location after an incident where the ex-husband caused a scene at the office. The ex-husband used physical force and caused an entire scene inside and outside this location. Before leaving I apologized to the lady at the window as neither myself or my fiancé started or has anything to do with it - but it’s reoccurring issues with him so I left my contact info. 5 mins later Cynthia the office manager calls my fiancé to tell us we are no longer allowed on the property, and that several staff were uncomfortable by the scene. Again - myself and my fiancé were not the ones that started this scene. Now we need to find a new PT for our 9 year old. Cynthia called my fiancé as a as so beyond rude - my fiancé started crying. I took the phone and politely asked who i was speaking to- even when I asked her to confirm her last name she gave an attitude. Never in my life have I been treated this poorly by a staff member, especially after being one of the victims from the earlier scene. If Cynthia is a representation of this company I encourage you all to go somewhere else. Cynthia is one of those employees that hurts good businesses. I’m in shock with how we were treated. Especially being told over and over again “I am nobody” so she doesn’t have to talk about to me!? EDIT: since Cythnia decided to comment, you did call me a nobody multiple times, and never once stated that it was HIPPA. I personally left my information for a personal issue at your establishment. You lied over the phone when you decided that our child and the father was allowed back, but the mother was not. What a joke! Cythnia - your reply further shows you as a liar and unprofessional.

Positive experience: I really enjoyed my massage here! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the room was cold. Otherwise the girl did such a great job on my massage. She also gave me a full hour which is what I had paid for. Other places have shorted me on my massage time counting time undressing and dressing which is not a full hour massage. So I was SO happy to get the full hour I paid for. She used great techniques to get the knots out of my neck and back and used the exact pressure I asked for. I am already scheduling another massage for next month! This will be my new go to massage place.
