Apple Urgent Care

Fantastic experience: Great service from start to finish. I know it’s a busy time of year and days are long for healthcare workers but everyone I encountered at my visit was patient and compassionate. I definitely will be using this urgent care facility again if needed! I hope all the staff is well taken care of like they take care of their patients. Thank you for getting me back to good health!!

Positive experience: I took my three little kids on a Saturday morning and arrived soon after opening at 9:00 but still waited more than two hours to be seen. There was space in the waiting room and we were given the option to wait in our car or outside, which was nice, but it was still very long. In total it was 3 hours and I noticed a lot less people as we were leaving; next time I think I'll not try to get there right when it opens. For all our waiting, the doctor was super fast and efficient but I barely got a chance to ask questions to clarify and didn't feel that he answered them very well because it was so quick. I hoped for a little more of a consultation or explanation of what he was prescribing. He had a friendly and fun demeanor and did well with my kids, which I appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service nurse was knowledgeable and very informative. Very helpful. Dr. was nice and courteous. Not a long wait time.. highly recommend to family and friends in need of an urgent care instead of being at the hospital for hours they got me in and out on a timely manner. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: First time coming here recently moved out here . Overall I got to say great customer service front desk . Seating close to door i notice The guy in front reception was been polite helpful and speaking both languages it made me feel welcome . Girls in the back polite as well. Doctor prescribed what I needed and place super clean. Definitely coming back if ever needed. Thank you not all places are like this .

Fantastic experience: The staff is polite. It didn’t take long at all. It was clean and they were quick especially for the prescription. Nobody wants to be waiting forever when you’re feeling sick and you went to be seen at the urgent care but can get your medication I highly recommend thank you to all the staff.
