Need Skilled Nursing for a short recovery or long-term personal nursing assistance? Our exceptional team provides first-class, around-the-clock health care. Our person-centered approach means we’re always focused on you, your needs, and your preferences.

Our team of clinical professionals includes registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, therapists, certified nursing assistants, and a medical director – all working together on your behalf. You don’t have to be a resident of The Village to receive Skilled Nursing care. We’re open to the public for direct admission. We accept most major health insurance, including PPOs, Medicare, and long-term care insurance.

If you’re a resident of our Life Plan Community, you get full access to our on-site short- and long-term Skilled Nursing. It’s part of your support and services care plan for ultimate peace of mind.

The Village offers expert rehabilitation treatments and therapies to help you recover after an injury, illness or surgery. Our team works with you and your doctors to ensure the safest path to regaining your strength, mobility and independence.

You don’t have to be a resident of The Village to receive physical, occupational and speech therapies from us. We’re open to the public and accept most major health insurance, including PPOs, Medicare, and long-term care insurance.

If you’re a resident of our Life Plan Community, you’ll get full access to our on-site Rehabilitation services. It’s part of your support and services care plan. If you ever need Rehabilitation after a hospital stay, you can recover on campus with people you know and trust.

Complimentary Wellness Services with a full-time nurse available seven days a week! In addition to offering various programs and lifestyle options to improve health and wellness, The Village offers various programs and lifestyle options to improve health and wellness including having a nurse on duty 7 days a week in Independent Living with EMTs on duty daily from 3:30 pm to 7:30 am.

In addition to responding to the emergency call system, our nurses visit you in your Apartment-Home if you are not feeling well enough to come to the Wellness Clinic.

Services for You is The Village’s caregiver service. Continue living an active, carefree lifestyle in your Apartment-Home with extra assistance from a caregiver. Our Services for You program includes case management and trained caregivers at your convenience in your Apartment-Home. We screen and closely supervise our caregivers and offer flexible scheduling options.

All caregivers need a break from time to time. We offer short-stay respite care for your loved one while you catch up on rest, tend to personal and work obligations, and spend time with family and friends.

Your loved one will enjoy a private, furnished suite and a “vacation” from everyday life with their choice of activities and programs, delicious dining, and plenty of pampering. Our caring, highly trained nurses and caregivers will look after them, providing around-the-clock personalized care and support as needed.

Need temporary care after a stay in the hospital, skilled nursing care, or rehabilitation? We can help. If you’ve experienced an illness, surgery, stroke, or other health event, our Bridge to Home program offers an ideal transition before going home.

We provide the care you need while you work on regaining your strength without the responsibilities of managing a household. During your short stay, we take care of everything while you enjoy a private suite and full access to our services and amenities.
